"Summary of Tokyo U-23 Tetsu NAGASAWA's press conference"

"I think the players who played at AJINOMOTO FIELD NISHIGAOKA, where 1,306 people came to visit, are happy."
It was a game where we wanted to earn 3 points. We had a 1-point lead, and in J1, we could have closed the game from there, but the fact that we couldn't shows that we still have a long way to go. We need to take this as a learning opportunity.
We were able to create scoring opportunities from the beginning. However, I felt that there were some challenges in the decision-making aspect of the play just before that.
Even as the members change, the style of football that Coach Hasegawa wants and what he is looking for is gradually permeating, including the U-18 players.
"I want to move forward with today's game as a source of nourishment."

(Evaluation of player Shuto ABE)

A product of Tokyo's development, he understands the playing style of his teammates. He has the ability to quickly and deeply press the opponent during defense. I felt that he played with confidence because he was able to dribble the ball during attacks. He has already been designated as a special player and will join the team next season, so I hope to continue to expect him as a valuable asset.
