"FC Tokyo U-23 Tetsu NAGASAWA Manager Press Conference Summary"

"I am grateful to everyone who supported us yesterday, following J1. I think we were able to hold on until the end because it was Nishigaoka, our home ground, and I believe we were able to earn 1 point thanks to the fans and supporters."
The match went as planned with a 2-goal lead, and we wanted to continue the game by aiming for 3 or 4 goals. However, mistakes like the defensive trap miss in the scene of conceding a goal should not happen in J1 matches, and I think we ended up tightening our own noose. We definitely didn't let our guard down, but considering the circumstances including the heat, the condition of the turf, and our own physical condition, it highlighted our immaturity.
In the second half of the game, we started to be caught up, but today we were in a situation where we had to use a player who is originally a CB as an SB, so we struggled a bit in the attack towards the end. However, I think I was able to fight until the end with the plays I could make, so I want to evaluate that. It became an open game and we were almost overtaken, but I think Hatano was able to accurately assess the ball and play until the end.
However, the goal is set high, so for example, in yesterday's J1 match, the game became a notable challenge in terms of how many people were involved and what kind of work they could do. I want to be able to play well in such situations.

Finally, Tottori's Ryota Inoue, a player from Tokyo's academy. I thought he was really working hard, and I want to convey that he is also a member of our family."
