【Player/Coach Comments】

Kensuke NAGAI
(It was the first goal of the season)
"The ball flew nicely in front of me, and I was strongly conscious of catching the ball no matter what."
"I was able to score a goal because the ball came right in front of me and I made a good shot."

(Today, the performance of young players shone, but how did it appear?)
"They played very aggressively."
I think it is very pleasing that young players have led the team to victory during this consecutive match period.

(Although we were struggling to score, there was some sense of urgency)
"Honestly, I didn't feel any sense of urgency."
"I was playing with the intention of being able to score when the team was struggling, because the surrounding players were scoring goals reliably."

(Regarding personal condition)
"Until now, I haven't had many opportunities to take shots on my own, but during yesterday's training, Diego OLIVEIRA and Leandro encouraged me to aim for the goal more on my own."
I think that by actively taking the initiative, the surrounding players will come alive, so I want to continue doing so in the future."

"Manato SHINADA"
(Today was my first appearance in J1)
I thought it was important to stay calm and get into the game in order to show my strengths in today's match.
I think I was able to fight with the feeling of facing forward without looking down even if I made a mistake.

(What were the common parts and challenges found?)
"When I was U-18, I was weak in defense, but I had been steadily building it up within myself for the past three years since becoming a professional, so I had a sense of passing grade."
"In addition, in the first half, we were able to pass the ball around and create a rhythm in the midfield. However, in the second half, the opponent put pressure on us, and although I thought we could break free with one touch, the coordination with the teammates did not go well. So, I want to make adjustments from the next match onwards."

(Anchoring the team in the anchor position)
I was conscious of keeping the ball to play calmly from training.
I think that part was able to be shown well during the game, and I think we were able to progress the game while creating opportunities.

(The coach said that he has grown mentally)
"Until now, there was a part where I would dwell on mistakes."
Today is my first start in J1.
I had a strong desire to win, and I think that desire was reflected in my play today.

"Tokyo - Summary of Coach Kenta HASEGAWA's Press Conference"
"The fact that young players also participated and the team was able to fight firmly led to victory. In the midst of improving game performance recently, it was a test of whether we could still perform well even with changes in the lineup, and that was what was questioned in today's match."
Our game was able to be played as time passed. We won in the debut match of our young players. It was a big 3 points for Tokyo, and it was also significant to have the support of the fans. Winning at home is important. We have a match against Kashima in 2 days. We want to prepare well."

(Why is Takahagi not on the bench? Also, what is the evaluation of player Shinaida, who was selected as a starter, and player Takumi Nakamura?)
"Yojiro is playing consecutive matches, so we took that into consideration."
The evaluation of Shinada and Takumi Nakamura, the two of them, was a fantastic debut match with plays beyond what I had imagined.

(What is the evaluation of no goals conceded?)
"Hayashi was fantastic today."
In the early part of the second half, we had a one-on-one situation with the opponent, but they stopped it with a span. There were also big saves afterwards, and today was a great game for Aki (Hayashi).

(What is the situation of GK Go Hatano, who has started in 3 consecutive matches?)
"Go has earned us valuable points in the 3 matches. However, playing consecutive matches for the first time has taken a toll on his body. He says he's fine, but his performance in training has declined. We will assess his condition and make a decision."

"Shonan - Bin UKISHIMA Coach Press Conference Summary"
"We started by putting pressure from the beginning, and we entered the game with the intention of taking the ball and moving forward."
The start was good, but just like the previous match, we ended up being defeated in the end by a set play. This time as well, we conceded a goal from a corner kick in the midst of a good flow.
Even though we have been training, conceding a goal means we still have a long way to go.
After the attacking set play, we conceded 2 goals.
The third goal was scored while trying to score, and it ended up in that form due to a loss of balance.
Before the match, I confirmed that our biggest pinch point was after our set plays, but in the end, we were done in there, and as a coach, I feel frustrated.

(Regarding the attacking aspect)
"In terms of cross balls, we were able to make good entries, including the number of times, compared to the previous match. However, I think we were lacking in the aspect of scoring one more goal. Unless we improve the accuracy of middle shots and the final precision while pushing forward, we cannot score."
