Application Method
Please follow the steps below to apply.
①Proceed to the application form below.
Apply for U-18 Selection here
If you have a J.League ID, please log in and register your information for the selection survey.
If you do not have a J.League ID, please obtain one (free of charge) and then register your information in the selection participation survey.
※When obtaining a J.League ID, please be sure to select "FC Tokyo" as your favorite club.
③ Select a payment method for the participation fee.
※There may be a payment handling fee depending on the payment method.
④After the payment process is completed, you will receive an email titled "Confirmation of Ticket Application Details" from J.League Tickets (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp).
※ Please set your settings to receive emails from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
※If you do not receive an email, please log in to the J.League Ticket official website and check if the payment process is completed from the "Purchase History" in the upper right menu button.
⑤Issue a "Selection Participation Ticket" at Seven-Eleven stores.
※When issuing tickets, please write down the "payment slip number (13 digits)" and bring it directly to the store register to issue the ticket.
※Confirmation of "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)" can be done from "Purchase History".
※A handling fee of 108 yen will be charged per ticket. The handling fee is included in the payment at the time of purchase.
※When issuing tickets, please inform the staff that you have made an "Internet purchase" to facilitate the process smoothly.
⑥Download the "Examination Acceptance Form" from below and make sure to obtain the signature and approval stamp from the representative of your affiliated team (such as the coach).
※If you are not currently affiliated with a team, the representative's signature and consent stamp are not required.
※U-18 Selection Examination Consent Form is at the bottom
⑦ Paste the "Selection Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven on the "Examination Acceptance Form" and send it to the address below.

About the Selection Day
If you have completed the above procedures ① to ⑦, please come to the selection venue (Tokyo Gas Musashino-En Multipurpose Ground) by June 16th (Sun) 16:30.
※There is no mailing of "examination tickets" etc. from here.
※Belongings: Sakaiku wear, ZECA (non-replaceable spikes), shin guards, drinks
