【Order Reception Method】
Order reception date: Jun 2 (Sun) starting from 10:30 at the entrance of SHIPS Kichijoji store, we will distribute a limited number of 30 sets of numbered tickets. Please present your identification when receiving the numbered ticket.
Identification: Driver's license, passport, resident registration card, student ID with photo, copies, etc. will be invalid.
Depending on the situation on the day, there is a possibility that the distribution time may be moved up.
※We do not accept inquiries or reservations by phone.
[Regarding the distribution of numbered tickets]
※To avoid causing inconvenience to the neighborhood, we will distribute numbered tickets starting from 10:00. Those who have reserved a spot before 10:00 the previous night or early in the morning will be considered invalid.
※Each person can only purchase one ticket and one set per person.
※Order reception will be accepted in order of ticket number from 11:00. The validity period of the ticket is within the business hours of the day.
※Please refrain from actions that may cause inconvenience to the neighborhood, such as lining up late at night. In case of any trouble, we may have to suspend sales.
※We do not accept exchanges or returns due to customer convenience after purchase. In the event of defects or deficiencies in the product, we can only provide a refund as we are unable to provide alternative items due to the nature of made-to-order production.
