Emperor's Cup JFA 99th All Japan Soccer Championship 2nd Round FC Tokyo vs. Kirin Yokohama University match will be operated by the Tokyo Football Association. ※Support banners and flags containing content that leads to defamation or discrimination are not allowed.
 

□ Spectator Rules
・Operated in accordance with the "Competition Operation and Management Regulations" of the Japan Football Association.
・The following actions are prohibited in the Main Stand (M1-M16 area) and Back Stand (B28-B41 area).
(1) Continuous standing support
(2) Bringing and using drums and other musical instruments
(3) Bringing and using large flags
※ There are no specific restrictions for the Lower Stand area behind the goal in the general seating section.
・The following actions are prohibited within the venue.

(2) Bringing in large items or other items that may cause inconvenience to others. Also, bringing in and using large items (such as big flags) that may hinder others' viewing experience while supporting.

(2) Use of PITA towards the pitch
※This can only be used when it is intended to control support towards the stands.
(3) Bringing and using confetti, streamers, and balloons
(4) Crossing over, sitting on, or standing up on the front fence of the stands
(5) Standing up on chairs or putting feet on the backrest of chairs
(6) Intentionally reserving spaces using flags, ropes, tapes, flagpoles, etc.
※We kindly ask for your cooperation so that as many people as possible can sit.

(7) Bringing unmanned aircraft (drones, remote-controlled aircraft, etc.) or flying them (including operations from outside the facility)

(8) Taking photos or videos of games, ceremonies, or spectators for commercial purposes

(9) Use of large equipment including tripods, and filming activities that hinder the viewing experience of other customers or the operation of the game.

(10) Without prior permission from the organizer, distributing all or part of the tournament's audio or video through the internet or other media.
(11) Interfering with the operation or progress of the match, causing inconvenience or danger to others (including referees, participating teams, supporters, and others), or engaging in acts that the organizer or designated security personnel deem to be such acts (including violent acts).
(12) Discriminatory or insulting remarks or actions based on race, skin color, gender, language, religion, politics, or background, etc.

(13) Entering the facility while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances, or causing a disturbance, threatening, intimidating, or provoking others while under the influence of these substances, obstructing the actions of others, causing inconvenience, or bringing in items that may cause disgust or disgust in others (Intoxication refers to a state where normal actions may not be possible due to the influence of alcohol, etc.)
(14) Making loud noises and causing disturbances outside the facility without reason
(15) Engaging in prohibited actions and violating the rules and regulations set forth by laws, ordinances, and specific rules for each match or facility
(16) In addition to the above, making statements or engaging in actions that violate public order and morals

・Please cooperate with baggage inspection at the entrance.
・Bringing bottles and cans is prohibited, so please transfer them to paper cups at the entrance and enter.
※You can bring PET bottles.
・Please note that individuals with disabilities and wheelchair users will require an admission ticket for their accompanying person, so please be aware of this in advance.
