In order to organize the FC Tokyo U-15 Fukagawa team for the 2020 season, we will conduct selections for current 6th grade elementary school students based on the following criteria.

□Target Currently 6th grade elementary school students (born between April 2, 2007 and April 1, 2008) who are field players and goalkeepers
※We will generally require that you can commute from your home to the practice location (Tokyo Gas Fukagawa Ground) within 90 minutes.

【STEP3】
After the payment process is completed, you will receive an email titled "Confirmation of Ticket Application Details" from J.League Tickets (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp).
※ Please set your settings to receive emails from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
※If you do not receive an email, please log in to the J.League Ticket official website and check if the payment process is completed from the "Purchase History" in the upper right menu button.
【STEP4】
Issue a "Selection Participation Ticket" at Seven-Eleven stores. * When issuing the ticket, please inform the store cashier of the "payment slip number (13 digits)" and have the ticket issued. If you inform the staff that it is an "internet purchase", the process will proceed smoothly.
※A handling fee of 108 yen will be charged per ticket. The handling fee is included in the payment at the time of purchase.
☆If you have forgotten your "Payment Slip Number (13 digits)", please log in to the J.League Ticket Official Website and check it from the "Purchase History" in the upper right menu button.
【STEP5】
Download the "Examination Acceptance Form" from below and be sure to obtain the signature and approval stamp from the representative of your affiliated team (such as the coach).
※If you are not currently affiliated with a team, the representative's signature and consent stamp are not required.

【STEP6】
Paste the "Selection Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven onto the "Exam Acceptance Form" and send it to the address below.
