□ Tournament Overview
The top 16 teams (excluding second teams of Premier League teams) from the 9 regions (Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Hokushinetsu, Tokai, Kansai, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu) of the Prince League of the JFA U-18 Soccer Prince League 2019.
Hokkaido: 2 teams, Tohoku: 2 teams, Kanto: 3 teams, Hokushinetsu: 2 teams, Tokai: 1 team, Kansai: 1 team, Chugoku: 2 teams, Shikoku: 1 team, Kyushu: 2 teams
The number of slots for each region is calculated based on the performance points in the 2nd division of the participating teams in the 2019 Prince League JFA U-18 Soccer Tournament (excluding second teams of Premier League teams).
□ Tournament Format
The 16 teams will be divided into 4 groups and compete in knockout matches to determine the winners of each group, totaling 4 teams. These 4 teams will be granted the right to participate in the Prince Takamado Trophy JFA U-18 Soccer Premier League 2020 in the following year.
