□ Tournament Overview
The top 16 teams (excluding second teams of Premier League teams) from the 9 regions (Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Hokushinetsu, Tokai, Kansai, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu) of the Prince League of the JFA U-18 Soccer Prince League 2019.
Hokkaido: 2 teams, Tohoku: 2 teams, Kanto: 3 teams, Hokushinetsu: 2 teams, Tokai: 1 team, Kansai: 1 team, Chugoku: 2 teams, Shikoku: 1 team, Kyushu: 2 teams
The number of slots for each region is calculated based on the performance points in the 2nd category federation tournaments of the participating teams in the 2019 Emperor's Cup JFA U-18 Soccer Prince League (excluding second teams of Premier League affiliated teams).
□Tournament Format
16 teams will be divided into 4 groups to conduct knockout matches, determining 1 team from each group, for a total of 4 teams. The 4 teams will be granted the right to participate in the next year's Emperor's Cup JFA U-18 Soccer Premier League 2020.
