Annual Ticket Application and Club Support Member Registration Reopening Notice

We are pleased to inform you that the system switch for annual tickets and club support members, which was conducted on Jan 28 (Tue) at 17:00, has been completed. Therefore, we have resumed accepting applications.
Please note that the changes due to the system switch are as follows.

□Changes
(1) J-League ID is required for application and membership registration. After payment is completed, J-League ID and One-Touch Pass ID (SOCIO number or Club Support Member number) will be automatically linked.

(2) After the payment is completed, we will inform you of the One-Touch Pass ID by email within 1 hour for those who have applied. From the moment the email arrives, you will be able to enjoy member benefits such as advance sales for members and purchasing at member prices.

※Club support member cards and other items will be delivered within approximately 2 weeks from the completion of payment.

Information about Membership Number
(1) If you apply by January 28, 2020 (Tue),
we will send you the membership number for the 2020 season by email on February 3 (Mon).

(2) If you apply after Feb 3, 2020 (Mon), your membership number will be included in the payment completion email. Please check it after completing the procedure.

(3) For those who applied as Club Support Members by January 28, 2020 (Tue) and made the payment on or after January 29, 2020 (Wed), we will inform you of your membership number for the 2020 season by email by February 12, 2020 (Wed).

□ Notes on application
・You can link one SOCIO number and one Club Support Member number per J-League ID (limited to the same person). If each family member is a member, each person will need one J-League ID.
・You can register a J.League ID even with the same email address as long as "J.League ID" is not duplicated.
・The registered information for J.League ID and the registered information provided at the time of membership registration will be the same. If you update either of the registration details, the other registration details will be automatically updated as well.
・If you need to make changes to your registered information such as the shipping address before receiving your SOCIO card or membership card, please contact the relevant email address with the updated information without changing your registered information on My Page.
