This is a guide for the delivery date of SOCIO cards and membership cards for those who have applied for annual tickets and club support members.

①Regarding the schedule of the group stage (Group F) of the AFC Champions League 2020, as announced by the club on 2/4 (Tue), the date of the 3rd match against Shanghai Greenland Shenhua Football Club has been changed to May 27 (Wed).

Delivery of □ annual tickets
Regarding the delivery of annual tickets, please see the following. If you have also applied for Club Support Membership, we will send the annual tickets together with it. If you have not applied for it at the same time, they will be sent separately.

▷Recruitment starts ~ Jan 5 (Sun) for those who apply
⇒Shipped on Feb 7 (Fri)

▷Jan 6 (Mon) - Jan 23 (Thu) applicants
⇒Feb 14 (Fri) to Feb 17 (Mon) for shipping

※Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
※If you are not available at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox or similar location. Please contact the phone number listed on the delivery notice and arrange for redelivery.

For those who apply from now on, the distribution will be at the home game venue of the Meiji Yasuda J1 League starting from the Yokohama F.Marinos match on 2/29 (Sat). However, on the day of the match, there is a possibility that it may be crowded to receive the annual ticket, so please understand in advance.

The shipment is scheduled to be sent on the following schedule, thank you in advance.
※For those who have selected the "Big Shoulder Bag" as a commemorative item for joining the middle or higher membership, the membership set will be sent in two separate mailings. Please note that due to postal circumstances, they may not arrive at the same time.
