[Expiration Date]
The expiration date of the postal transfer payment certificate is 6 months from the date of issue stated on the certificate.

[Receiving Method]
Direct pick-up at the post office by the customer.
If there is a signature and seal of the agent's name and the principal (customer) on the back of the certificate, it is possible for the agent to receive it at the post office.
Please refer to the Japan Post Bank website for the necessary procedures.
※The postal transfer payment certificate will be delivered in a green envelope from the Postal Savings Administration Center.
※Please bring your identification card and exchange it at the post office.
※Refunds will be made to the address registered with J.League ID. It is not possible to change the delivery address or recipient. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding refunds after the Hiroshima match, we will inform you again as soon as the preparation of the replacement postal payment certificate is ready.

▼If you have not yet picked up your ticket, please do the following:
When purchasing your ticket, if you have selected to pick up your ticket at a Seven-Eleven or PIA store and have already paid for the ticket but have not yet received it (do not have it in your possession), please go to the respective store to receive your ticket and follow the same procedure as "those who have already picked up their tickets" for a refund.
※At Seven-Eleven, refunds cannot be processed on the same day as ticket issuance. Please visit the store where you issued the ticket again after 10:00 AM the next day.
※Please issue tickets by the day before the refund acceptance end date and complete the refund procedure within the refund acceptance period.

▼Notes
・Refund procedures will be carried out at the store where the ticket was purchased. Refunds cannot be made at other stores.
・Refunds cannot be made after detaching the half ticket.
・Please note that we cannot accept refunds after the refund period has expired.

All transactions for postponed matches will be cancelled and tickets will be returned to the sellers. Additionally, customers who purchased through resale will receive a refund to the credit card used for the transaction.
Please check your credit card company's monthly closing date and withdrawal date as they may vary. You can confirm this information in your usage statement or contact your credit card company directly.

▼If you choose to pick up at a store or receive delivery

Please prepare your tickets and proceed with the refund procedure at the Loppi machine installed inside the store.
※However, those who purchased tickets at Lawson should go to Lawson for refunds, and those who purchased tickets at Ministop should go to Ministop for refunds.

▼Refund at the store
Please bring the eligible ticket and go to the store where you purchased it within the designated refund period to complete the procedure. Hand over the ticket to the store staff at the cash register and receive the refund amount.
※You can only process the procedure at the store where the ticket was issued. Please check the issuing store on the ticket face.
※Refunds cannot be processed on the day of ticket issuance. Please visit again after 10:00 am on the day after ticket issuance.
