・Please refrain from using it with sudden temperature changes or shocks.
・Stains on the cutting surface are easier to remove when washed gently by hand with materials softer than glass, such as a bundle or a toothbrush.
・Microwaves, dishwashers, dish dryers, and direct fire cannot be used.
