We have added information about ticket handling for matches held under strict restrictions (relaxed limitations) with 50% capacity for each seat type.
The J.League has decided to resume the 2020 Meiji Yasuda J.League, which has been postponed due to the impact of the novel coronavirus, starting from Jul 4 (Sat) for the J1 League.
"Starting from remote matches (games held without spectators), we plan to gradually transition to games held with spectators. Please check the following for the handling of tickets at each stage. For undecided parts, we will inform you as soon as the details are determined."
There is a possibility that restrictions, transition periods, and operating methods may change suddenly due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by each local government.

①All seats are designated seats
In order to identify and notify close contacts in case of infection, please be seated in designated seats.Please note that seat changes after purchase are not allowed.
Also, please note that due to restrictions on entry and designated seating, the seating arrangement and prices may differ from regular matches. Please be aware of this when making a purchase.
Seats up to the 19th row of the lower stands are expected to get wet in the rain. On the day of the event, in order to prevent the spread of infection, we strictly prohibit watching the game by moving to seats or aisles that are covered by a roof and are available. Please make sure to watch the game from the seat you have purchased, so please be careful when making your purchase.
Due to the designation of all seats, priority entry for SOCIO will not be implemented.
② Tickets sold only through FC Tokyo (J-League Tickets)
Similar to point 1, tickets will only be sold through FC Tokyo (J-League Tickets) for the purpose of identifying and notifying contacts in the event of an infection.
③ Seat spacing
To prevent the spread of infection, please maintain a distance of 1 to 3 seats between you and others in front, behind, and to the sides.Accompanying persons, including family members who came with you, must also maintain spacing (children in preschool can sit on laps).
④ Tickets will be on sale about one week before the match
Due to the possibility of changes in restrictions on match hosting depending on the spread of COVID-19, ticket sales will be conducted for each match, starting approximately one week before the match date. Additionally, the first day of advance, pre-sale, and general sales will start at 8:00 AM.
⑤ Temperature measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurements will be conducted at the entrance gate. If your temperature is 37.5°C or higher, entry will be denied even if you have a ticket, so please be aware of this.
⑥ Area-specific exit
When exiting, you will be asked to leave according to the area where you are seated. Please follow the announcements when exiting.
There are many points that are different from usual, regardless of tickets. We will inform you of the operation method for restricted matches at a later date, so please check it. In addition, the J-League has released the New Coronavirus Infection Control Guidelines, so please also check the information, understanding, and cooperation matters for fans and supporters.

▼Definition of consecutive seats when there is a gap between seats and precautions when purchasing tickets
As mentioned earlier, during games with restrictions, please maintain social distancing when taking your seat.
The above diagram shows the seating arrangement for matches held under strict security measures (strong restrictions), with a limit of 5,000 people. During matches held under strict security measures (strong restrictions), the main side (Main SS, Main S) and the back side (Back, Center) have a horizontal spacing of 2 seats. The north side (Home) has a horizontal spacing of 2 seats up to the 17th row, and a horizontal spacing of 3 seats from the 18th row onwards. The upper level has a horizontal spacing of 3 seats for all rows.
Therefore, when you make a purchase, please consider seat numbers with 1 to 3 vacant seats as consecutive seats.

During matches held under strict alert (relaxed restrictions) (50% capacity for each seat type), you will be seated with one seat empty in front, behind, left, and right in all areas.
Therefore, when purchasing, please consider it as a consecutive seat if there is an empty seat number 1.
※If you purchase seats automatically selected, even if they are consecutive seats according to the above rules, "we may not be able to provide consecutive seats. We will provide seats that are separated. If there is no problem, please check the approval and proceed with the procedure as it is." This cautionary statement will be displayed in the system, but please proceed as it is.

when selecting two tickets, if you obtain seats "Row 1, Seat 1" and "Row 1, Seat 4",seats "Row 1, Seat 2" and "Row 1, Seat 3" are not available for sale, so please consider them as consecutive seats.
