7/10 (Fri) We will start the annual ticket refund procedure from 7/10 (Fri) and would like to inform you.
Refund procedures must be completed by Jul 31 (Fri) 23:59. If the deadline is missed, the rights will expire and the refund will be declined.
The necessary certificate for receiving a tax deduction will be sent only to those who have contacted us in advance. If you need it, please contact socio@fctokyo.co.jp before the deadline. We will send the necessary certificate for the tax deduction at a later date.
If you do not contact us in advance, the certificate required for tax deduction will not be sent.
※If you have already agreed to refuse the refund, additional contact is not necessary.
□Procedure ①: Please log in from the URL provided in the email.
Jul 10 (Fri) 17:00 onwards, we will send you the necessary emails for the procedure from "refundss@pia.co.jp" sequentially. Please log in from the URL provided in the email.
Please note that the URL provided will be different for each customer (SOCIO number), so please be careful not to make any mistakes when proceeding with the procedure.
About Login ID and Password
Please refer to the "2020 Annual Ticket Refund Procedure Guide" enclosed in the Aka-Ao Communication for details. If you have not received the Aka-Ao Communication, please contact FC Tokyo.
If you enter your login ID or password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked. If your account is locked, please contact us by filling out the necessary information in the "Refund Inquiry" section.

Step ②: Please register the refund destination account information after logging in.
On the page after logging in, please register the information of the refund destination account for the refund of the annual ticket. Please make sure to check if there are any mistakes in the "transfer amount" or "transfer destination account".

Step ③: Please confirm your deposit.
If you complete the procedures up to Step ② between 8:50 and 14:30 on weekdays, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedures are completed at any other time, the transfer will be made on the next business day.

FC Tokyo's annual tickets have been officially approved by the Sports Agency as eligible for tax benefits (donation deduction).
