In order to organize the U-18 team for the 2021 season, we will be conducting selections for current 3rd year junior high school students based on the following criteria.
□Eligibility
Those born between April 2, 2005 and April 1, 2006
□Number of openings
A few players (field players and goalkeepers)
□Date of event
August 18, 2020 (Tuesday) 17:00 start time
Please check the exam ticket that will be sent to you at a later date for details such as the meeting time.

Please apply using the following steps.
①Download the "Participation Agreement" from below and confirm the "Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of COVID-19".
※Only those who have agreed to the guidelines can participate in the selection.

② Access the application form below and enter the necessary information.

※Ticket sales start from 10:00 on Jul 20, 2020 (Mon)
④After the payment process is completed, you will receive an email titled "Confirmation of Ticket Application Details" from J.League Ticket (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp).
※ Please set your settings to receive emails from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
※If you do not receive an email, please log in to the J.League Ticket official website and check if the payment process is completed from the "Purchase History" in the upper right menu button.
⑤Issue a "Selection Participation Ticket" at Seven-Eleven stores.
※When issuing tickets, please provide the "payment slip number (13 digits)" at the store register and have the ticket issued.
Please inform the staff that you are making an "Internet purchase" to proceed smoothly.
◇If you have forgotten your "payment slip number (13 digits)"◇
→Please log in to the J.League Ticket official website and check from the "purchase history" in the upper right menu button.
※A system usage fee of 110 yen and a ticket issuing fee of 220 yen will be charged per ticket, and there may be additional payment fees depending on the payment method.
※If you choose to pay by credit card (including d payment, Rakuten Pay, and Yahoo! Wallet), you will not be able to issue tickets at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours later to prevent fraudulent use.
If you want to issue a ticket within 24 hours, such as just before the deadline, please choose "Payment at Seven-Eleven".
⑥Download the "Examination Acceptance Form" from below and make sure to obtain the signature and approval stamp from the representative of your affiliated team (such as the coach).
※Currently, those who are not affiliated with a team do not need the representative's signature or consent stamp.
※Please download the PDF at the bottom of this page to use the examination consent form.
⑦ Paste the "Selection Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven on the "Examination Acceptance Form" and send it to the address below.
At that time, please also enclose the "Participation Agreement" downloaded at ① above.

For those who have completed the registration of the application form and the mailing of the "Examination Acceptance Form" and "Participation Consent Form", we will send the examination ticket.
※If you do not receive your exam ticket even after August 16 (Sunday), please contact the selection department below.
