Regarding spectator etiquette for the Yokohama FM match on 10/24 (Sat)

In addition to the J.League common spectator manners & rules, a new set of guidelines called the "J.League COVID-19 Infection Control Guidelines" has been established for matches under the super strict and strict alert systems. We will proceed with preparations in accordance with these guidelines as a measure against the novel coronavirus infection.

F.C.Tokyo will relax the restrictions on the number of spectators starting from the Yokohama FM match on 10/24 (Sat).

The situation regarding the spread of the novel coronavirus and the decisions made by the government and local authorities may result in sudden changes to restrictions, transition periods, and operational methods.

□ Things required of all visitors
(1) Please refrain from attending if it is not possible, with courage.
- In case of poor physical condition (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell)
- In case there is a person suspected of infection among cohabiting family members or close acquaintances
- In case of travel to countries or regions where entry restrictions or observation periods after entry are required by the government within the past 14 days, or in case of close contact with residents of such countries or regions
- In case of a history of positive PCR test
① For symptomatic individuals, within 72 hours after symptoms have improved (even if more than 72 hours have passed since symptoms improved and less than 10 days have passed since the onset).
② For asymptomatic individuals, within 10 days after a positive PCR test.

(2) Please refrain from shaking hands, hugging, etc.

(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering and exiting, in lines for the restroom, etc.).
※Please use the restroom and shops during the period just before the start of the match or during halftime when it is particularly crowded, if possible, at a different time.

(4) Please always wear a mask at the stadium.
※Wearing a mask is a condition for relaxing the restrictions on the number of visitors, with a 100% mask wearing rate. If you are not wearing a mask, our staff will kindly ask you to do so. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
※Infants under 2 years old can enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 5 within the section on pregnant women and children).
Children aged 2 and above are recommended to wear masks, but if they wear masks, parents and adults around them should wear them after paying sufficient attention to the child's health condition.
If the person is not feeling well or if it is difficult to wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force them to wear it.
If you do not wear a mask, please cooperate with other infection prevention measures such as social distancing, along with the parents, to prevent infection.


(5) Please wash your hands and sanitize your hands frequently.
※Please bring disinfectant (portable bottle, etc.) as much as possible from the perspective of infection prevention.

(6) Bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If found, it will be confiscated. (Non-returnable)

□Items to bring when watching a game
When visiting the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket.
・Mask
・Handkerchief

□ Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be allowed if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Please note that even if entry is refused, there will be no refund. Also, when refusing entry, we may ask for your contact information.

(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
※Please bring disinfectant in portable bottles or similar containers and perform frequent hand sanitization from the perspective of infection prevention.

(3) We do not organize a waiting line to secure the order of entry before the opening.
※Please come to the venue with plenty of time to allow for social distancing.
※Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
※There may be a longer wait time for entry in order to prioritize safety.

(4) Please use the following gates for entry according to the seat type. (Refer to the diagram below)
・Main 3 Gates: Main SS Seats, Main S Seats, Home Seats (South Side)
・North Gate 2: Home SG Kan, Home Seats (North Side)
・Back 3 Gate: Back SB seats, Home Center seats, Seven-Eleven seats, Back seats
・South 1 Gate: Visitor seats


(5) Re-entry is not allowed.

(6) Conducting rounds of FC Tokyo players.
※We will not implement regulatory expulsion, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures such as adjusting the time.
※Please understand and cooperate by keeping a distance from the people around you when leaving the field, in all directions (front, back, left, right). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.


□Events and Shops
(1)Events will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.
※Information regarding the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(2) Mascots do not greet outside the field or in the concourse.
※Details of mascot appearances will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(3) Food and beverage (excluding alcohol) sales are available.
※Alcohol sales are not available. Also, bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If found, it will be confiscated. (Non-returnable)
※Please bring non-alcoholic food and drinks as much as possible from the perspective of infection prevention, as it is expected that the on-site shops will be crowded.
※Information about the food and beverage vendors that will be implemented will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(4) Goods sales will be conducted.
※The stores where the event will be held will be announced on the official homepage, etc.

No smoking areas are not provided inside the (5) stadium.

Please line up at events, food and beverage stalls, and merchandise stalls while considering social distancing and leaving space between each other.

□ How to watch
(1) When watching, it is prohibited to move from your seat (sitting next to someone without leaving space, moving to the front of the stand to talk to the players, moving to a dry place during rain, etc.)

(2) Watching the game while wearing the visiting team's uniform and merchandise is only allowed in the "visitor seats". Cheering for the visiting team (clapping and applause only) is also only allowed in the "visitor seats".

(3) Even outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid actions that pose a risk of infection, such as speaking loudly, singing, cheering, and gathering closely together.



□Support Style
The following actions are prohibited.
・Inciting support
・Cheering by singing or making noise, blowing whistles
・Waving or spinning towels, scarves, flags, etc.
・Using megaphones, including Tramega
・Playing drums or other instruments
・High fives, shoulder-to-shoulder cheering
・Support using big flags
・Actions that may disturb other customers, such as displaying gate flags in seats
※Clapping and hand clapping are allowed.
※After 10/17, the use of drums, cheering hammers, and other instruments that can be played in your seat has been allowed at the discretion of the host club, but at FC Tokyo, in order to prevent the spread of infection and avoid trouble between visitors, it will continue to be prohibited for both FC Tokyo and visiting teams.


□Displaying Banners (Flags, Banners, etc.)
The location for displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) has been determined. Please do not display them in any other location. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

【Posting Time】
・FC Tokyo Banners
In consideration of infection prevention, we are planning to stagger the posting time of FC Tokyo banners (flags, banners, etc.) only.
For those who are preparing banners (flags, banners) in advance, please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Side Triangle Plaza" on the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the opening.
Please note that we will also conduct temperature checks for those who have made prior preparations, and if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you will not be allowed to enter. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
In addition, it is also possible to display banners (flags, banners) after the gates are opened.

※Visitor team banners cannot be displayed in advance.

□Other Prohibited Items
・When visiting, please arrive at the stadium after the opening time.
・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area or the staff entrance.
・Please do not come to the stadium or its vicinity if you do not have a ticket.

Q1. I'm feeling a little unwell, but my temperature is not over 37.5 degrees. Is it okay to go to the stadium?
A1. If you are feeling unwell, regardless of your body temperature, please have the courage to refrain from coming to the venue.

Q2. Is there a shuttle bus?
A2. Shuttle buses will be in operation. For details, please refer to the official website, etc.

Q3. Is there a waiting line before the gate opens?
A3. There is no waiting line before the gate opens. All seats are designated seats. Please refrain from coming to the stadium before the gate opens.

Q4. Is AO-AKA PARK being held?
A4. AO-AKA PARK will be held. It will be open for business from gate opening until kick-off. However, alcohol sales will not be conducted.
Note: AO-AKA PARK is considered as an indoor facility.


Q5. Is it allowed to bring in drinks and food containing alcohol?
A5. Bringing alcohol is prohibited. In order to comply with stadium etiquette, we ask that you refrain from drinking alcohol inside the stadium. Bringing food and beverages other than alcohol is not restricted. However, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups as usual.


Q6. Will it be crowded at the time of entry and exit?
A6. Please expect congestion if you arrive just before the start of the match. Please arrive with plenty of time.

Q8. How can we create excitement when announcing the members?
A8. Cheering out loud is prohibited. Please liven up the atmosphere with applause or clapping.

Q9. It's been a while since I last watched a game at Ajinomoto Stadium. I want to sing "You'll Never Walk Alone" to welcome the players.
A9. Singing out loud is prohibited. It is allowed to raise scarves, etc.

Q10. How can we liven up the atmosphere when players enter?
A10. Cheering out loud is prohibited. Please liven up the atmosphere with applause or clapping.

Q11. Is it allowed to raise a towel scarf?
A11. No problem.
However, please refrain from displaying anything that may cause inconvenience to those around you. Also, waving or spinning towels or scarves is prohibited.

Q12. Can the gate flag (game flag) be raised?
A12. Displaying gate flags is not prohibited. However, please refrain from displaying flags that may cause inconvenience to those around you.

Q13. Do you have to remain silent during the game?
A13. There is no prohibition on natural voices and applause that occur during the game. Please applaud actively for good plays and support the players.
However, vocal cheering is prohibited for infection prevention.

Q14. Can I move seats when it rains or when players approach?
It is prohibited to move from your seat during the game.

Q15. Are there any rules for waiting in line inside the stadium?
A15. Please line up in the waiting line at food and drink shops, merchandise shops, toilets, etc. while maintaining social distance according to the guidance (such as floor markings) provided.
Please avoid using the restroom or the shops during the moments just before the start of the match or during halftime, as they tend to be crowded.

Q16. Are there any food and beverage stalls inside the stadium?
A16. The stadium shop is open. However, alcoholic beverages are not sold.

Q17. Is there a merchandise store?
A17. The merchandise store will be open for business, but the items available for sale will be limited.
There are no new products available on the day of the match, so please consider using the official online store.

Q18. Is there a gachagacha?
A18. We sell gachapon, but it is not sold through regular vending machines. Our sales staff will hand you the products.
Also, please refrain from activities such as exchanging goods that may lead to congestion.

Q19. Is alcohol disinfection installed?
A19. Alcohol disinfection is installed inside the venue, but please bring your own alcohol disinfection as much as possible.

Q20. Are masks sold inside the venue?
Q20. Masks are not sold at the stadium. Please make sure to bring your own.
