≪Conditions for Acquiring Participation Rights in the 32nd Emperor's Cup All Japan Youth (U-15) Soccer Championship≫
64 teams participating in the Kanto Tournament will be divided into 4 blocks of 16 teams each and compete in a knockout tournament, with the 1st place in each block earning the right to participate in the national tournament.
