≪32nd Emperor's Cup All Japan Youth (U-15) Soccer Championship Qualifying Conditions≫
64 teams from the Kanto region will be divided into 4 blocks of 16 teams each and compete in a knockout tournament. The top team from each block will earn the right to participate in the national tournament.
