In addition to the J-League common spectator manners and rules, a new set of guidelines called the "J-League COVID-19 Infection Control Guidelines" has been established for matches under the super strict and strict control measures. We will proceed with preparations in accordance with these guidelines as a measure against the novel coronavirus infection.
※12/12 Changes from the Hiroshima match are listed in red.

There is a possibility that restrictions, transition periods, and operating methods may change suddenly due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by each local government.

□ Things required of all visitors
(1) Please refrain from attending if it is not possible, with courage.
- In case of poor physical condition (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell)
- In case there is a person suspected of infection among cohabiting family members or close acquaintances
- In case of travel to countries or regions where entry restrictions or observation periods after entry are required by the government within the past 14 days, or in case of close contact with residents of such countries or regions
- In case of a history of positive PCR test
① For symptomatic individuals, within 72 hours after symptoms have improved (even if more than 72 hours have passed since symptoms improved and less than 10 days have passed since the onset).
② For asymptomatic individuals, within 10 days after a positive PCR test.

(2) Please refrain from shaking hands, hugging, etc.

(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering and exiting, in lines for the restroom, etc.).
※Please use the restroom and shops during the period just before the start of the match or during halftime when it is particularly crowded, if possible, at a different time.

(4) Please always wear a mask at the stadium.
※Wearing a mask is a condition for relaxing the restrictions on the number of visitors, with a 100% mask wearing rate. If you are not wearing a mask, our staff will kindly ask you to do so. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
※Infants under 2 years old are allowed to enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 5 within Section 6 regarding pregnant women and children).
Children aged 2 and above are recommended to wear masks, but if they wear masks, parents and adults around them should wear them after paying sufficient attention to the child's health condition.
If the person is not feeling well or if it is difficult to wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force them to wear it.
Please cooperate with other infection prevention measures such as social distancing if you do not wear a mask, along with your parents, to prevent infection. Thank you for your understanding.


(5) Please wash your hands and sanitize your hands frequently.
※Please bring disinfectant (portable bottle, etc.) from the perspective of infection prevention.

(6)From J-League, it has been decided that alcohol sales will be allowed after 10/30, and FC Tokyo will resume selling alcoholic beverages at each food and beverage store.
However, please be aware that consuming alcohol may make you more likely to become loud and raise your voice, increasing the risk of infection. If you are drinking alcoholic beverages, please refrain from speaking loudly and causing inconvenience to other visitors around you, and kindly understand and cooperate in preventing the spread of infection.
※Alcoholic beverage sales will be conducted until the closing time of each store.
※Please transfer the contents of the bottle can to a paper cup.



□Items to bring for watching the game

When visiting the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket.
・Mask
・Handkerchief

□Entry and exit to the stadium
(1)Your body temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and if it is 37.5 degrees or higher, you will not be allowed to enter. Please note that even if you are denied entry, there will be no refunds. In addition, we may ask for your contact information when denying entry.

(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
※Please bring disinfectant in portable bottles or similar containers and perform frequent hand sanitization from the perspective of infection prevention.

(3) We do not organize a waiting line to secure the order of entry before the opening.
※Please come to the venue with plenty of time to allow for social distancing.
※Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
※There may be a longer wait time for entry in order to prioritize safety.

(4) Please use the following gates for each seat type as much as possible to avoid congestion. (Refer to the diagram below)
・Main 3 Gates: Main SS Seats, Main S Seats, Home Seats (South Side)
・North Gate 2: Home SG Kan, Home Seats (North Side)
Back 3 Gate: Back SB seats, Home Center seats, Seven-Eleven seats, Back seats, Home seats (South side)
・South Gate 1: Visitor Seats


(5) We will implement re-entry using the following method.
①Please make sure to bring your ticket stub or QR ticket with you when exiting the stadium at the gate.
At Gate 2, please present your ticket stub or QR ticket and we will distribute a re-entry card.
③Once you have confirmed your re-entry card, you will be allowed to re-enter.
Re-entry gates: Main Gate 5, Back Gate 1, North Gate 1 (refer to the diagram above)
Re-entry hours: From opening (scheduled for 12:00) until halftime.

(6) We will conduct a rotation of FC Tokyo players.
※We will not implement regulatory expulsion, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures such as adjusting the time.
※Please understand and cooperate by keeping a distance from the people around you when leaving the field.


□Event and Shop
(1)Events will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.
※Information regarding the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(2) Mascots do not greet outside the field or in the concourse.
※Details of mascot appearances will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(3) Food and beverage (excluding alcohol) will be sold.
※Alcoholic beverages will be sold until the closing time of each food and beverage stall.
※Please bring non-alcoholic food and drinks as much as possible from the perspective of infection prevention, as it is expected that the on-site shops will be crowded.
※Information about the food and beverage vendors that will be implemented will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(4) Goods sales will be conducted.
※The stores where the event will be held will be announced on the official homepage, etc.

No smoking areas are not provided inside the (5) stadium.

When lining up at events, food and drink stalls, and merchandise stalls, please be mindful of social distancing and leave space between each other.

□How to watch
(1) During the game, it is prohibited to move from your seat (sitting next to someone without leaving space, moving to the front of the stand to talk to players, moving to a dry spot during rain, etc.).

(2) Wearing the away team's uniform or merchandise is only allowed in the "away seats". Cheering for the away team (clapping and cheering only) is also only allowed in the "away seats".

(3) Please maintain social distance even outside the stadium, and avoid behaviors that pose a risk of infection such as shouting, singing, and cheering loudly, as well as crowding.

(4) From 11/17 (Tue) onwards, seating next to each other within the same group of up to 5 people has been allowed at the discretion of the host club (if the rows in front and behind are left empty). However, at FC Tokyo, in order to prevent the spread of infection and avoid conflicts between visitors, all seats will continue to be assigned in a checkerboard pattern.


□Cheering Style
The prohibited actions are as follows:
・Inciting cheers
・Cheering with voice, such as singing, and whistling
・Waving or spinning towels, large flags, and other flags
・Using megaphones, including tramegas
・Drums and other musical instruments
・High-fives, linking arms
・Cheering with big flags
・Actions that disturb other guests, such as displaying gate flags in seats
・Standing while watching
*Applause and clapping are permitted.
*From 10/17 onwards, the use of drums and cheering paper fans that can be hit in your seat will be allowed at the discretion of the host club, but FC Tokyo will continue to prohibit these actions for the prevention of infection spread and to avoid troubles among visitors.


□Regarding the Display of Banners (Flags, Banners, etc.)
The display locations for banners (flags, banners, etc.) are designated. Please refrain from displaying them outside the specified areas. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying.

In consideration of infection prevention, we are planning to stagger the posting time of FC Tokyo banners (flags, banners, etc.) only.
For those who are preparing banners (flags, banners) in advance, please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Side Triangle Plaza" on the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the opening.
Please note that we will also conduct temperature checks for those who have made prior preparations, and if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you will not be allowed to enter. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
In addition, it is also possible to display banners (flags, banners) after the gates are opened.

・When visiting, please arrive at the stadium after the opening time.
・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area or the staff entrance.
・Please do not come to the stadium or its vicinity if you do not have a ticket.

Q1. I'm feeling a little unwell, but my temperature is not over 37.5 degrees. Is it okay to go to the stadium?
A1. If you are feeling unwell, regardless of your body temperature, please have the courage to refrain from coming to the venue.

Q2. Is there a shuttle bus?
A2. It is currently being adjusted. We will inform you on the official website as soon as it is confirmed.

Q3. Is there a waiting line before the gate opens?
A3.There is no waiting line before the opening. All seats are designated seats. Please refrain from coming to the stadium before the opening.

Q4.Will AO-AKA PARK be held?
A4.AO-AKA PARK will be held at Onigiri Maru Square and Ajipanda Square, and multiple kitchen cars will be set up (the 12/12 Hiroshima game will be held at Onigiri Maru Square). Details will be announced on the official website, etc.

Q5.Can I bring in drinks and food containing alcohol?
A5.You can bring in drinks and food containing alcohol. However, as usual, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups.
Alcoholic beverages will also be sold at each food and drink stall until the closing time of each stall.

Q6. Will it be crowded at the time of entry and exit?
A6. Please expect congestion if you arrive just before the start of the match. Please arrive with plenty of time.

Q9. It's been a while since I last watched a game at Ajinomoto Stadium. I want to sing "You'll Never Walk Alone" to welcome the players.
A9. Singing out loud is prohibited. It is allowed to raise scarves, etc.

Q10. How can we liven up the atmosphere when players enter?
A10. Cheering out loud is prohibited. Please liven up the atmosphere with applause or clapping.

Q11. Is it allowed to raise a towel scarf?
A11. No problem.
However, please refrain from displaying anything that may cause inconvenience to those around you. Also, waving or spinning towels or scarves is prohibited.

Q12. Can the gate flag (game flag) be raised?
A12. Displaying gate flags is not prohibited. However, please refrain from displaying flags that may cause inconvenience to those around you.

Q13. Do you have to remain silent during the game?
A13. There is no prohibition on natural voices and applause that occur during the game. Please applaud actively for good plays and support the players.
However, vocal cheering is prohibited to prevent infection.
Additionally, continuous standing during the game will also be prohibited.


Q14. Can I move seats when it rains or when players approach?
A14. Moving from your seat during the game is prohibited.

Q15. Is it allowed to sit next to family and friends and watch the game together?
A15.11/17 (Tue) and later, it is now possible for adjacent seating within the same group of up to 5 people, as determined by the home club (if the rows in front and behind are left vacant). However, FC Tokyo will continue to allocate seats in a checkerboard pattern for the prevention of infection spread and avoidance of conflicts between visitors.

Q16. Are there any rules for waiting in line inside the stadium?
A16. Please line up in the waiting line at food and drink shops, merchandise shops, toilets, etc., following the guidance (such as floor markings) and maintaining social distance.
Please avoid using the restroom or the shops during the moments just before the start of the match or during halftime, as they tend to be crowded.


Q17. Are there any food and drink vendors inside the stadium?
A17. We have stadium vendors open for business. We will also sell alcoholic beverages until the closing time of each vendor, but sales by vendors will not be conducted.
※In addition, AO-AKA PARK will be held at Onigiri Maruhiro Square and Aji Panda Square, with multiple kitchen cars opening for business. There will also be kitchen cars near the West Gate Square.


Q18. Is there a merchandise store?
A18. The merchandise store will be open for business, but the items available for sale will be limited.
There are no new products available on the day of the match, so please consider using the official online store.

Q19. Is there a gachapon?
A19. We sell gachapon, but it is not sold through regular vending machines. Our sales staff will hand you the products.
Also, please refrain from activities such as exchanging goods that may lead to congestion.

Q20. Is alcohol disinfection installed?
A20. Alcohol disinfection is installed inside the venue, but please bring your own alcohol disinfection as much as possible.

Q21. Are masks sold inside the venue?
