Due to changes in seat allocation/price of annual tickets, the 2021 season will not implement automatic continuation for both "2021 Annual Tickets" and "2021 Club Support Members".
Also, please note that there are important points to consider when applying for the "2021 Annual Tickets". Therefore, please make sure to check this page and the detailed page before applying, and proceed with the application process on your own.
※The details page of the annual ticket will be open on 12/14 (Mon) at 10:00 (scheduled), so please wait a little longer.

◇2021 Annual Ticket
□Target Matches
"League Matches 19 games" + "J League YBC Levain Cup Group Stage 3 games"
※For details on situations where games cannot be held as usual, such as seat restrictions, please refer to the following: 【"Remote Matches" and "Restricted Matches"】.
□ Key Changes for the 2021 Season
Change 1: Seat allocation and prices have been modified.
※Depending on the sales situation, there may be some areas that are not open.
※The standing area (lower level of the home general admission seats) does not require standing.
This area is designated for people who are standing and not for sitting.
※The seating types where visitors can wear visitor goods and support the visitor team are "Main SS Designated Seat South Side", "Main S Designated Seat South Side", and "Visitor Free Seat". All other seating types are designated as FC Tokyo cheering seats.
We will increase the discount rate per game from the 2020 season!
◇U-18: For those under 18 years old (born on or after Jan 1, 2003)
◇Senior: For those 65 years old and above (born on or before Dec 31, 1956)
◇There will be no advance ticket/on-the-day ticket sales for ticket types without a specified amount under "General Price".
◇Children who have not yet entered school do not need a ticket as long as they watch the game on their guardian's lap.
【Seat Allocation Changes Points】
□Back Stand Area
①Newly established Back General Admission Seats
②Newly established Back Center Reserved Seats
・The 3 blocks of Home Center General Admission Seats will expand to 6 blocks, becoming an area that includes the upper level.
・Change from General Admission to Reserved Seats.
③Changes to Back SB and SU Reserved Seats
・The names will be changed.
・The 3 blocks of Back SB Reserved Seats will expand to 6 blocks, and Back SU Reserved Seats will only be available in the upper front section of the north side, excluding Back SB Reserved Seats.
④Newly established South Side General Admission Seats
※With the above changes, "Back Upper Level General Admission Seats" will be abolished.
North Stand Area
①Change of Home SG Designated Seats
・The name will be changed.
・It will consist of all blocks in the upper front section starting from Block 7.
＜Before Back Stand Change＞
After Backstand Change
For those who purchased "Back SB Reserved Seats" in the 2020 season, we will provide the same seat in the "Back Center UF Reserved Seats". For those who purchased "Main SS Reserved Seats" and "Main S Reserved Seats", we will also provide the same seat as usual.
Change point ② We will discontinue the application for "Family ticket type" for all seat types and introduce the "U-18 ticket type" that was introduced in the 2020 season for home free seats.
・You will be able to purchase U-18 tickets individually, starting from one seat.
・Seats where F1 and F2 were seated for family tickets will also be reserved together for the 2021 season.
※If you wish to purchase seats together for F1 and F2, please enter "Request to sit with F1 or F2 ○○" in the "Remarks" field and purchase with your full name. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for sitting together if your SOCIO number and full name are not provided.
・As a "new application", the SOCIO number will be a new number, and a new SOCIO card will be issued. The duration will also start from the first year.
Change ③: The target age and target seat type for the "Senior" ticket category have been changed.

・Target seat types: "Main S designated seat", "Back Center UF designated seat", "Back Center designated seat", "Back UF designated seat", "Home UF designated seat" designated seats
・Target Age: "65 years old and above" (for those born on or before Dec 31, 1956)
*Currently, those who are not eligible for the "Senior ticket type" age and seat type mentioned above will need to apply for "1 seat" at the price.
Change point 4: From February 3, 2020, "J-League ID" is required to apply for annual tickets.
From February 3, 2020 onwards, "J-League ID (free registration)" is required to apply for annual tickets.
・You can apply with one J-League ID, which will be one set.
※Even if you apply for 2 or more sets under the same name, you will need 2 or more J.League IDs.
・If you want to change the name on the annual ticket application, please first change the name associated with your J-League ID on the My Page, and then submit your application.
※Name changes cannot be made on the application page.
＜Application FLORO＞
Notice of discontinuation of sending continuation information
We will no longer send out continuation information starting from the 2021 season.
Please obtain a J-League ID and complete the application process from the website.
About Automatic Continuation
Starting from the 2021 season, we had planned to introduce an automatic renewal system for credit card payments. However, due to changes in seat allocation and pricing, we have decided not to implement it for the 2021 season. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and kindly ask you to apply for the renewal process yourself.
□ If it becomes a "remote match" or a "restricted game"
In the event that the "rights※" that were planned to be provided at the time of annual ticket sales cannot be provided for a game, we will refund them all "after the end of the season".
※"Rights" means...
①The right to enter the annual ticket eligible games
②The right to watch the game from the purchased seat type and seat (in the case of designated seats)
※If there are restrictions on support, food and drink, events, etc., they will not be eligible for refunds.
※If all seats become designated seats without seat spacing, we will inform you as follows (planned).
Designated seats: Normal operation (entry with SOCIO card/watching from your own seat) with no refunds.
General admission: Issuing J-Tickets for free (entry with QR code (not available with SOCIO card)/watching from the secured seat) with no refunds.
The refund amount is as follows.
(Annual ticket amount - Annual ticket operating cost) ÷ Number of annual ticket eligible matches × Number of refundable matches
※We will refund the following price by subtracting a flat rate of "5,800 yen" as the annual ticket operating cost from the selling price.
※Regardless of seat type/ticket type/years of continuous use, the operating COSTA will be the same.
※No need to return the various benefits of the annual ticket.
※Refunds for amounts less than 1 yen will be rounded up.
□ About the method of determining the designated seats in the back stand
・You can purchase adjacent seats/sequential seats. When applying, there is a field to enter the name of the person who wishes to sit next to you, so please enter the name of the person who wishes to attend and we will prepare a seat next to you.
① "Back Center UF Designated Seat"
You can continue to use the same seat as the 2020 season for a certain period of time (after Jan 6, 2021 (Wed), we will prioritize setting the seat position closer to the center line in the order of application.
※For those who purchased "Back SB Reserved Seats" during the 2020 season, you will be able to continue using the same seat in the Back Center UF Reserved Seats on a priority basis.
② "Back Center Designated Seat"
The seat position will be in 3 areas within the Annual Designated Seat Area 8-10 (seat numbers "221-236", "241-256", "261-276").
We will prioritize setting the seat position starting from the area closest to the center line within the desired area (8-10) in the order of application.
③ "Back UF designated seat"
We will set the seat position closer to the center line, excluding the back center UF designated seat, in the order of application.
・Reserved seats will be determined by the club, so we do not accept detailed seat specifications at the time of application, and we determine the seat position based on the above rules.
We will determine the seat position based on the desired area shown in the diagram for the "Back Center Designated Seat" according to the above rules.
Furthermore, if you fill in the "Designated Seat Request" field with your desired seat location and submit your application, we will do our best to consider your request and determine your seat.
※Please note that we cannot guarantee to accommodate all requests.
□ "Pair Seat" Cancellation Waiting List
"Pair seats" are sold out, but if there are any vacancies in the 2020 season, they will be prioritized for SOCIO members. If you wish to be on the cancellation waiting list, please indicate so in the at the time of application.
□ For everyone who has purchased corporate annual tickets
We will inform you separately about the handling of corporate annual tickets at a later date.
