We would like to inform you that the uniform design for the FC Tokyo top team to be worn in the 2021 season has been decided by New Balance.
Furthermore, the same uniform will be available for pre-order starting today at the Official Online Shop and 8 Official Shops.
□ Design Concept
The design work was done by UK teams, the birthplace of football, with the keywords "REINVENTION" and "NEW YOUTH" which are the themes of New Balance Football. The design incorporates simplicity and functionality, and is inspired by the spirit of the club in various places.
□ 2021 Uniform Design
【FP(Field Player)/1st】
The club's signature blue and red stripes are combined with an original digital camouflage pattern, adopting a bold graphic design that evokes both classic and modern elements.
【FP (Field Player)/2nd】
A design inspired by Ajinomoto Stadium is adopted. While paying homage to FC Tokyo's hometown, it is expressed with blue and red linear pinstripes.
【GK(Goalkeeper)】
The shoulders and arms are designed with muscular graphics inspired by muscles, making them visually larger when the goalkeeper spreads their hands.
□ Material
New Balance's original material "NBDRY" is used, boasting excellent moisture absorption and quick-drying properties. The authentic uniform features a global design digital camouflage pattern created with New Balance's original jacquard knitting, promoting comfortable play without putting strain on the body.
□ Details
The message "You'll Never Walk Alone" is printed on the back of the emblem. (Only for authentic)
All uniforms come with a serial number tag (authentic with a gold embroidered tag, replica with a silver embroidered tag).
The emblem, which is the symbol of the club, has adopted a patch type for both authentic and replica versions.
From the 2021 season, the J-League will adopt unified name and number.
