After a break of about 3 weeks from the Levain Cup final on Jan 4 (Mon), the Okinawa Kunigami-Itoman Camp for the 2021 season will start on Jan 26 (Tue).

To prepare for the league opening on Feb 27 (Sat), we will build our bodies to fight through the long season, wearing new team uniforms.

We will strive for the long-awaited league title by going through an 18-day camp to improve individual skills and instill the team concept.

During the training until Jan 29 (Fri), gradually incorporate high-intensity menus while waking up the rested body.
