This is a guide regarding the delivery date of SOCIO cards, membership cards, etc. for those who have applied for annual tickets and club support members for the 2021 season.

【Important Notice】
We have enclosed the schedule, but please note that it is the schedule as of January 22, 2020, due to shipping constraints.
Changes from the enclosed schedule:
・Regarding the schedule of the group stage of the 2021 J.League YBC Levain Cup, as announced by the club on February 9th (Wednesday), the kickoff time for the Tokushima Vortis match in Sec. 1 has been changed from 19:00 to 18:00.

Delivery of □ Annual Tickets
Regarding the delivery of annual tickets, please see the following. Thank you. If you have also applied for Club Support Membership, we will send the annual tickets together with it. If you have not applied at the same time, they will be sent separately.
Please note that the matches on 3/3 (Wednesday) against Tokushima and 3/6 (Saturday) against C Osaka will be restricted matches. As originally announced, these matches will be "unavailable for entry with SOCIO card". Therefore, please be aware that everyone will need to purchase tickets and enter the stadium on their own.

▷Recruitment starts ~ Jan 19 (Tue) for those who have made payment
⇒Annual ticket set will be shipped sequentially starting from Feb 19 (Fri)

※Please note that it may take up to 1 week from the above shipping date for the items to be shipped sequentially.
※Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
※If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox or similar location. Please contact the phone number listed on the delivery notice and arrange for redelivery.

▷For those who made a payment after Jan 20 (Tue)
⇒The distribution will be at the game venue of home games after the Tokushima Vortis match on Mar 3 (Wed). Please note that it may take significantly longer to receive the item due to infection prevention measures, etc.
We will inform the relevant parties separately once the date, time, and location of the pick-up are determined.

The shipment is scheduled to be sent on the following schedule, thank you in advance.

▷Recruitment starts and payment is completed by Jan 31 (Sun)
⇒Shipment will be made at any time from Feb 19 (Fri)
※Even for people with the same address, the arrival may be delayed by a few days depending on the shipping status.

⇒Feb 26 (Fri) scheduled for shipment
