Keiokaku Velodrome (Tokyo Oval Keiokaku) is a velodrome operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Eleven City Keirin Business Association, which is a part-time association consisting of 11 cities: Chofu City, Hachioji City, Musashino City, Ome City, Akishima City, Machida City, Koganei City, Kodaira City, Hino City, Higashimurayama City, and Kokubunji City.
