□ About Seat Spacing
According to the J-League's guidelines for dealing with the new coronavirus infection, it is stated that "a distance of about one seat should be left in all directions", but for the Kobe match on 3/28 (Sun), ticket sales will start with a distance of three seats in both the left-right and front-back directions, similar to the 5,000-person restriction at the time of ticket sales.
After that, when the relaxation of restrictions is confirmed, we plan to add additional sales in the rows that were not being sold, with a gap of 3 seats on both sides.

Due to restricted matches, entry with SOCIO card is not possible. Please purchase tickets separately. Pre-sale will be conducted for 2021 SOCIO members in the near future.

※Refunds for annual tickets will be made in a lump sum "after the end of the season".

【For Corporate Select Ticket Holders】
Corporate Select Ticket holders can exchange their tickets starting from the advance sales period.
・Number of rights: 4 tickets per coupon code (serial key) per match

[Club Support Members Only]
If not sold out in advance sales, Club Support Members for 2021 can purchase at member prices (up to 4 tickets per match) from the advance sales date.
※There will be no exchange of free seating tickets and no invitation to designated back center seats for games with a limit of 5,000 people. We kindly ask for your understanding.
Please note that if restrictions are relaxed in the future, there may be additional opportunities to redeem special tickets. In that case, we will inform you separately.

[About Visitor Seats]
Visitor seats will not be sold at the start of sales, and will be sold when the relaxation of restrictions is confirmed.
Tickets for "Visitor Seats" will be on sale from 3/21 (Sun) 10:00.
If you are supporting the visiting team, please purchase a ticket for the "Visitor's Seat".
The seating area where you can support the visiting team by wearing visitor goods is only the "Visitor Seats", and all other seating areas are FC Tokyo cheering seats.

□Purchase Method
Due to "Identification and Notification of Close Contacts in Case of Infection", tickets will only be sold through FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket). Please note that tickets will not be sold at convenience stores or on the day of the match at the stadium.
We recommend purchasing QR tickets to minimize contact between customers and staff.

□ Differences in ticketing and payment methods
Due to the short sales period, the available purchase time varies depending on the ticketing and payment methods.
Please check the following and be careful not to invalidate the secured seat.

[Important Notice]
・Please be seated in designated seats for the purpose of identifying and notifying close contacts in case of infection.
・Please ensure that accompanying individuals, including family members who have come together, maintain a distance between each other when taking their seats. (Infants may sit on their parents' laps.)
- In order to prevent the spread of infection, we strictly prohibit watching the game by moving from the designated seats, such as seats and aisles that are covered by a roof and are vacant.
・Please note that being an early bird purchaser does not guarantee the availability of your preferred seat type, specific seat, or adjacent seat with the simultaneous applicant. Thank you for your understanding.
・With the conversion of all seats to designated seating, there will be no SOCIO priority entry.
・Temperature measurement will be conducted at the entrance gate. If your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, entry will be denied and we cannot refund the ticket price, so please understand.
・Children who have not yet entered school do not need a ticket as long as they watch the game on their guardian's lap.
- We strictly prohibit listing on auctions and other platforms.
