We will deliver a video message and a signed autograph board from the desired player to the winners. In addition, the players will answer the questions you filled out at the time of application in the video message.

Children who have joined as U-18 Club Support Members for the year 2021 and parents who have joined as Regular or higher members.

※Please apply with a regular or higher level member and a U-18 member as a pair.
※For siblings, multiple U-18 members can apply as one group for every adult member.
・Please select your desired player when applying.
・Please write down the questions you want to ask the desired player in the question field. The player will answer them in the video.
※There are no specific restrictions on the content of the questions, but please ask within the range that the player can answer.
