[Added on 4/2] About the spectator etiquette for the Kawasaki match on 4/11 (Sun)

・A survey on infection prevention at J-League stadiums will be conducted. For more details, please see here.
・Furthermore, we have made some changes to the spectator etiquette in response to the relaxation of measures for visitors as a result of conducting infection prevention surveys at J-League stadiums.



Super strict security measures and during matches under strict security measures, in addition to the J-League common watching manners & rules so far, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the J-League New Coronavirus Infection Control Guidelines newly established as a measure against the new coronavirus infection.


Regarding this match, we plan to operate the game with a limit of 10,000 people in accordance with the J.League's guidelines for the response to the new coronavirus infection.
Please note that the number of participants in this match may change due to changes in applicable protocols. Thank you for your understanding.



□Things required of all visitors
(1) Please refrain from attending if it is difficult for you to do so with courage.
- If you are not feeling well (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell)
- If there is someone in your household or close acquaintance suspected of being infected
- If you have traveled to countries or regions where the government has imposed entry restrictions or required observation periods after entry, or if you have had close contact with residents of such countries or regions within the past 14 days
- If you have a history of positive PCR test results,
① For symptomatic individuals, within 72 hours after symptoms have improved (even if more than 72 hours have passed since symptoms improved and less than 10 days have passed since the onset of symptoms).
② For asymptomatic individuals, within 10 days after a positive PCR test.

(2) Please refrain from shaking hands, hugging, etc.

(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering and exiting, in lines for the restroom, etc.).
※Please use the restroom and shops during the period just before the start of the match or during halftime when it is particularly crowded, if possible, at a different time.

Please always wear a mask at the stadium.
※We will ask the staff to speak to those who are not wearing masks, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
※Children under 2 years old can enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 12 regarding the impact on infants and children).
Children aged 2 and above are recommended to wear masks, but if they wear masks, parents and adults around them should wear them after paying sufficient attention to the child's health condition.
If the person is not feeling well or if it is difficult to wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force them to wear it. If the mask is not worn, we kindly ask for your cooperation in other infection prevention measures such as social distancing, along with the parents, for the prevention of infection.

(5) Please wash your hands and sanitize your hands frequently.
※Please bring disinfectant (portable bottle, etc.) as much as possible from the perspective of infection prevention.

(6) Alcohol sales will be conducted. However, please be aware that consuming alcohol may lead to increased excitement and a tendency to speak loudly, which could increase the risk of infection. If you choose to consume alcoholic beverages, please refrain from speaking loudly and causing inconvenience to other attendees. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in preventing the spread of infection.
※Alcoholic beverages will be sold until the closing time of each store.
※Please transfer the contents of the bottle or can to a paper cup.


□Items to bring when watching a game
When visiting the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket.
・Mask
・Handkerchief

□ Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be allowed if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Please note that even if entry is refused, there will be no refund. Also, when refusing entry, we may ask for your contact information.

(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
※Please bring hand sanitizer in portable bottles or similar containers and regularly disinfect your hands from the perspective of infection prevention.

(3) We do not organize the waiting line to secure the order of entry before the opening.
Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
The gate opening time will be 120 minutes before kickoff, but it may be subject to change depending on the congestion situation, so please check the official website, etc.
※There is currently a line at the gate to enter from just after opening. Please come with plenty of time to prevent crowding and to disperse the crowd for the prevention of COVID-19 infection.
※There may be a longer wait time for entry in order to prioritize safety.

(4) Please use the following gates for each seat type as much as possible to avoid congestion. (Refer to the diagram below)

・Main 3 Gates: Main SS Designated Seat, Main S Designated Seat
・North Gate: Home UF Designated Seat, Home Seat
・Back 2 Gate: Back Center UF Designated Seat, Back Center Designated Seat, Back UF Designated Seat, Back Seat, South Side Seat, Seven Eleven Seat
・South Gate 1: Visitor Seats


(5) We will implement re-entry using the following method.
①Please make sure to bring your ticket stub or QR ticket with you when exiting the stadium at the gate.
At Gate 2, please present your ticket stub or QR ticket and we will distribute a re-entry card.
③Once you have confirmed your re-entry card, you will be allowed to re-enter.
Re-entry gates: Main 4 gates, Back 1 gate, North 1 gate, South 2 gate(refer to the diagram above)
Re-entry hours: Gate opens (scheduled for 12:00) until halftime

(6) We plan to implement regulated exit after the game ends from the perspective of infection prevention.
We will inform you of the details of the method for regulation disqualification as soon as they are determined.

□Events and Shops

(1) The event will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.
※Information regarding the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(2) Greetings outside the mascot's area and in the concourse are not allowed.
※Details of mascot appearances will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(3) Food and beverage sales will be conducted.
※Information about the food and beverage vendors that will be implemented will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(4) Goods sales will be conducted.
※The stores where the event will be held will be announced on the official homepage, etc.

(5) Smoking areas are not provided inside the stadium.


□ How to Watch
(1) All seats are designated. It is prohibited to move from your seat during the game (sitting next to someone without leaving space, moving to the front of the stand to talk to the players, moving to a dry place in case of rain, etc.).

(2) Watching the game while wearing the visitor team's uniform and merchandise is only allowed in the "visitor seats". Only cheering for the visitor team (clapping and applause only) is allowed in the "visitor seats". Other seat types are for supporting FC Tokyo.

(3) Even outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid actions such as shouting, singing, cheering, and gathering that pose a risk of infection.

(4)J-League New Coronavirus Infection Control Guidelines state that "a distance of about one seat should be left in front, back, left, and right," but for the Kawasaki match on 4/11 (Sun), we will start selling with one seat on the left and right and one row in front and back. After that, if the restrictions are relaxed, we plan to add sales in a checkerboard pattern with one seat left and right in the rows that were not being sold.

□Support Style
The prohibited actions are as follows:
・Inciting support
・Cheering out loud, singing songs, blowing whistles

・Cheering with big flags
・Actions such as displaying gate flags in seats that may cause inconvenience to other customers

※The use of drums, cheering harisen, and other musical instruments that can be played in your own seat may be allowed at the discretion of the host club. However, FC Tokyo will continue to prohibit these actions in order to prevent the spread of infection and avoid troubles among visitors and FC Tokyo fans.

Regarding the display of banners (flags, banners, etc.)
Banner (flags, banners, etc.) display locations have been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the designated ones. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

For those who are preparing banners (flags, banners) in advance, please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Triangle Plaza" inside the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the opening.
Please note that we will also conduct temperature checks for those who have made prior preparations, and if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you will not be allowed to enter. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
In addition, it is also possible to display banners (flags, banners) after the gates are opened.

Q1. Is there a shuttle bus?
A1. It is currently being adjusted. We will inform you of the details on the official website, etc. as soon as they are decided.

Q2. Is AO-AKA PARK being held?
A2. We will hold AO-AKA PARK with multiple food cars at Onigiri Maruhiro Square and Aji Panda Square. Details will be provided on the official website.

Q3. Are there any food and beverage vendors inside the stadium?
A3. We have stadium vendors operating. Please check the official website for the operating stores.

Q4. Is there a merchandise store?
A4. The merchandise shop will be open for business, but sales will be reduced in scale compared to normal times.
Please also consider using the OFFICIAL ONLINE SHOP to avoid crowded places.

Q5. Is there a gachapon machine?
A5. We sell gachapon, but instead of selling them through normal vending machines, our staff will hand you the products. Also, please refrain from engaging in activities that may cause crowding, such as exchanging products.
