We apologize for any inconvenience caused to those who have purchased tickets in anticipation of the match. We ask for your understanding.
□Match Information
2021 Meiji Yasuda Life J1 League Sec. 12
May 1, 2021 (Sat) FC Tokyo vs Yokohama F. Marinos (2:00 PM Kickoff/Ajinomoto Stadium)
□Ticket Handling
All tickets for this match will be refunded.
※All paid tickets and parking tickets are eligible for refunds.
□Refund method for tickets
Details on the refund method for tickets will be announced on the FC Tokyo website in late May, as we are currently adjusting to be able to start refunds for both paper tickets and QR tickets in early June.
For paper tickets
We plan to refund at the convenience store (Seven-Eleven stores) where the tickets were issued.
For QR tickets
We plan to refund via bank transfer using the Pia (Wellnet remittance service). We will send an email regarding the procedure before refunds begin.
Please keep your tickets safe until the refund method is determined.
□Handling of resale tickets
Regarding the resale transactions that were made for the match, we will process all cancellations by June 6 (Fri). Therefore, sellers and buyers will receive cancellation notifications via email from J-League Tickets. Please be aware of this in advance.
After the cancellation process is executed, the rights to the QR ticket will be returned to the seller, so the seller will need to handle the refund.
