In addition to the J.League common spectator manners & rules, a new set of guidelines for the prevention of the novel coronavirus infection has been established. We will proceed with preparations in accordance with the J.League Guidelines for the Prevention of Novel Coronavirus Infection during the super strict security system and the security system during matches.

What is required of all visitors
(1) Please have the courage to refrain from attending if it is not possible.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell),
・If there are individuals in your cohabiting family or close acquaintances who are suspected of being infected
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that have been subject to entry restrictions or required observation periods by the government within the past 14 days, or if you have had close contact with individuals residing in those countries.
・If you have a history of positive PCR tests and fall under the following conditions:
① For symptomatic individuals, if it is within 72 hours after the symptoms have improved (even if it has been more than 72 hours since the symptoms improved and less than 10 days from the onset of symptoms)
② For asymptomatic individuals, if it is within less than 10 days after a positive PCR test
(2) Please refrain from shaking hands, hugging, etc.
(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering and exiting, in lines for the restroom, etc.).
※Please avoid using the restroom or shops during the busy times such as just before the start of the match or during halftime, as they tend to be crowded.
(4) Please always wear a mask at the stadium.
※As announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, even after receiving the vaccine, please continue to wear masks as a preventive measure against infection.
※We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as our staff will approach those who are not wearing masks.
※Infants under 2 years old can enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 12 regarding the impact on infants and children). We recommend that preschoolers aged 2 and above wear masks, but if they choose to wear masks, we kindly ask parents and adults around them to pay close attention to the child's condition. If the child is not feeling well or if wearing a mask continuously is difficult, there is no need to force them to wear it. If not wearing a mask, we kindly ask for your cooperation in taking measures to prevent infection, such as maintaining social distance.

(5) Please wash your hands and disinfect them frequently.

(1) Your body temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and you will not be allowed to enter if it is 37.5 degrees or higher.

(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to disinfect your hands.

(3) We do not organize the waiting line to secure the order of admission before the opening.

(5) Re-entry will be conducted using the following method.
①Please make sure to bring your ticket stub or QR ticket with you when leaving the stadium at the gate.

□ How to Watch
(1) All seats are designated seats. It is prohibited to move from your seat during the game.
※Sit next to each other without leaving a gap, move to the front of the stand and cheer for the players, move to a dry place in case of rain, etc.
(2)Watching the game while wearing the visiting team's uniform or merchandise is only allowed in the "visitors' seats". Cheering for the visiting team (clapping and cheering only) is also only allowed in the "visitors' seats".
(3) Outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid actions that pose a risk of infection, such as speaking loudly, singing, cheering, and gathering closely together.
(4) According to the J-League's new coronavirus infection control guidelines, it is stated that "a distance of about one seat should be left in front, back, left, and right", but we will sell tickets with a distance of three seats on the left and right.

A1. There will be no shuttle bus service for matches with a limit of 10,000 people. Please use the regular bus service.

A2. We will hold AO-AKA PARK with 15 food trucks at Onigiri Maru Square and Ajipanda Square.
Q3. Can I bring food and drinks that contain alcohol?
A3. Bringing alcohol is prohibited. To ensure proper viewing manners within the stadium, we will not allow drinking inside. Bringing food and drinks other than alcohol is not restricted. However, as usual, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups.
Q4. Are there food and drink stalls inside the stadium?
A4. The stadium stalls will be open. However, alcoholic beverages will not be sold. Please check the official website for the operating stores.
Q5. Are there merchandise stalls?
A5. Merchandise stalls will be open, but sales will be on a smaller scale than usual. To avoid crowding, please consider using the official online shop.
