Regarding the spectator etiquette for the 10/23 (Sat) Kashima match

In addition to the J.League common spectator manners & rules, a new set of guidelines for the prevention of the novel coronavirus infection has been established. We will proceed with preparations in accordance with the J.League Guidelines for the Prevention of Novel Coronavirus Infection during the super strict security system and the security system during matches.

※Oct 1 (Fri) at the time


□ Things required of all visitors
(1) Please have the courage to refrain from attending if it is not possible.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell),
・If there are individuals in your cohabiting family or close acquaintances who are suspected of being infected
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that have been subject to entry restrictions or required observation periods by the government within the past 14 days, or if you have had close contact with individuals residing in those countries.
・If you have a history of positive PCR tests and fall under the following conditions:
① For symptomatic individuals, if it is within 72 hours after the symptoms have improved (even if it has been more than 72 hours since the symptoms improved and less than 10 days from the onset of symptoms)
② For asymptomatic individuals, if it is within less than 10 days after a positive PCR test

(2) Please refrain from shaking hands, hugging, etc.

(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering and exiting, in lines for the restroom, etc.).
※Please avoid using the restroom or shops during the busy times such as just before the start of the match or during halftime, as they tend to be crowded.

(4) Please always wear a mask at the stadium.
As announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, even after receiving the vaccine, please continue to wear masks as a preventive measure against infection.
※We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation as our staff will approach those who are not wearing masks.
※Infants under 2 years old can enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 12 regarding the impact on infants and children). We recommend that preschoolers aged 2 and above wear masks, but if they choose to wear masks, we kindly ask parents and adults around them to pay close attention to the child's condition. If the child is not feeling well or if wearing a mask continuously is difficult, there is no need to force them to wear it. If not wearing a mask, we kindly ask for your cooperation in taking measures to prevent infection, such as maintaining social distance.

(5) Please wash your hands and sanitize them frequently.
※Please bring disinfectant (portable bottle, etc.) as much as possible from the perspective of infection prevention.

(6) Bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited.

※If found, it will be collected. (Not returnable)

□Items to bring when watching a game
Please bring the following items when visiting the stadium.
・Mask
・Handkerchief

□ Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be allowed if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher.
No refunds will be given even if entry is refused, so please understand in advance. Also, please note that we may ask for your contact information when refusing entry.

(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to disinfect your hands.
※Please bring disinfectant in portable bottles, etc. from the perspective of infection prevention and perform frequent hand disinfection.

(3) We do not organize the waiting line to secure the order of admission before the opening.
Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
The gate opening time is 120 minutes before the start of the game, but it may be subject to change.
If there are any changes, we will notify you on the official homepage.
※Please come to the venue with plenty of time to allow for social distancing.
※There may be a longer wait time for entry in order to prioritize safety.

(4) Please enter from the following gates according to your seat type. (Refer to the diagram below)

(5) Re-entry will be conducted using the following method.
①Please make sure to bring your ticket stub or QR ticket with you when leaving the stadium at the gate.
At Gate 2, please present your ticket stub or QR ticket and we will distribute a re-entry card.
③Once you have confirmed your re-entry card, you will be able to re-enter.
Re-entry gates: Main 4 gates, Back 3 gates, Back 1 gate (refer to the diagram above)
Re-entry hours: Opening (scheduled for 12:00) until halftime


(6) We will not implement regulatory expulsion, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures such as adjusting the time.
※Please also leave a space between yourself and the people around you when leaving the field, and exit with a distance in all directions. Thank you for your cooperation.


□ Events and Shops
(1) Events will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.
*Information regarding the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(2) Greetings by the mascot outside the field and in the concourse are not allowed.
*Details of mascot appearances will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(3) Food and beverage (excluding alcohol) sales are available.
*Alcohol sales are not available. Also, bringing alcohol is prohibited.
Drinking alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If found, it will be confiscated. (Non-refundable)
※Information about the food and beverage vendors that will be implemented will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(4) Goods sales will be conducted.
※The stores where it will be conducted will be announced on the official homepage, etc.

(5) Smoking areas are not provided inside the stadium.


□ How to Watch
(1) All seats are designated seats. It is prohibited to move from your seat during the game.
※Sit next to each other without leaving a gap, move forward to the front of the stands to cheer on the players, move to a dry place in case of rain, etc.

(2) Watching the game while wearing the visitor team's uniform and merchandise is only allowed in the "visitor seats". Cheering for the visitor team (clapping and applause only) is also only allowed in the "visitor seats".

(3) Outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid actions that pose a risk of infection, such as speaking loudly, singing, cheering, and gathering closely together.

(4) According to the J.League's new coronavirus infection control guidelines, it is stated that "a distance of about one seat should be left in front, behind, left, and right," but we will sell tickets with a distance of three seats on the left and right.


□Support Style


The prohibited actions are as follows.
・Inciting support
・Cheering by singing or making noise, blowing a whistle
・Waving towels, scarves, flags, etc. by "waving" or "spinning"
・Using megaphones, including Tramega
・Playing drums and other musical instruments
・High fives and shoulder huddles
・Cheering using big flags
・Actions such as displaying gate flags in seats that may inconvenience other spectators
・Watching the game while standing
※All customers except for those in standing areas must be seated while watching the game.
※Clapping and applause are allowed.
※The use of drums, cheering hammers, and other musical instruments that can be played in your seat is allowed at the discretion of the host club. However, FC Tokyo continues to prohibit these activities to prevent the spread of infection and avoid trouble among visitors.


Regarding the display of banners (flags, banners, etc.)
Banner (flags, banners, etc.) display locations have been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the designated ones. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

If you are preparing banners (flags, banners), please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Triangle Plaza" inside the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the opening.
Please note that we will also conduct temperature checks for those who have made prior preparations, and if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you will not be allowed to enter. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
In addition, it is also possible to display banners (flags, banners) after the gates are opened.

□Other Prohibited Items
・When visiting, please arrive at the stadium after the opening time.
・Please refrain from waiting for players or staff near the player bus area.
・If you do not have a ticket, please do not come to the stadium or its vicinity.

□Q&A
Q1. Is there a shuttle bus?
A1. Please note that there will be no shuttle bus service for matches with a capacity limit of 10,000 people. Please use the regular bus service.


Q2. Will the Blue-Red Park be held?
A2. Onigiri Maruhiro Square, 15 food trucks will be set up at Azipanda Square to hold the Akaaka Park.


Q3. Can I bring in drinks and food that contain alcohol?
A3. Alcohol is prohibited from being brought in. In order to comply with stadium etiquette, drinking alcohol inside the stadium is not allowed. There are no restrictions on bringing in food and beverages other than alcohol. However, bottles and cans need to be transferred to paper cups as usual.

Q4. Are there any food and beverage stalls inside the stadium?
A4. The stadium shop is open. However, alcoholic beverages are not sold. Please check the official website for the operating stores.

Q5. Is there a merchandise store?
A5. The merchandise store will be open, but sales will be reduced in scale compared to normal times. Please consider using the Official Online Shop to avoid crowded places.

Q6. Is there a gachapon machine?
A6. We sell gachapon, but instead of selling them through regular machines, our staff will hand you the products. Also, please refrain from engaging in activities that may cause crowding, such as exchanging products.
