□ Implementation details
(1) "Let's learn about our bodies! Body composition measurement"
Using a highly accurate body composition analyzer (InBody), we will measure muscle mass and body fat mass. Based on the measured values, we will provide an advice sheet on weight and body composition management for maintaining and improving health.


(2) "Challenge for Athletes! Physical Fitness Measurement"
We will conduct a vertical jump test. Let's find out our own physical fitness by comparing it with the athletes' data!
