Please note that due to facility and infection prevention measures, we will limit the number of participants to 100 people.

□Notes for Application
・If you have had a fever since Nov 9 (Tue), please refrain from applying.
・Please be sure to check the notes for the day below before applying, and only apply if you agree.
・Each member may apply only once. (If you apply multiple times, your application will be invalidated.)
・Only the member themselves can participate.
・The start time of practice may change suddenly. In that case, the implementation time of this event will also change, so please be aware in advance. If the start time changes, we will inform you at the email address provided during application.
・If practice is suddenly canceled, this event will also be canceled. Please be aware in advance. If a cancellation is decided, we will inform you at the email address you provided during application.

□Notes for the Day
・Accompanying persons (including preschool children) are not allowed to enter. Only the winning member themselves must participate. *Please be aware that we cannot take care of children during the observation.
・Wearing a mask is mandatory during the practice observation (face shields and mouth guards alone are not allowed for entry).
・If you have a fever or feel unwell on the day, please refrain from coming.
(If someone clearly shows signs of illness during observation, we may refuse entry.)
・There is no parking lot at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle.
・We will specify the location for you to visit in advance.
・Please note that there are no chairs provided at the viewing area. However, you are welcome to bring your own portable chairs. (Please refrain from using vinyl sheets or mats.)
- Please refrain from eating at the Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash with you.
・The event will proceed in case of rain. As there is no roof at the viewing area, please bring your own rain gear.
・There is no indoor resting area. Please prepare your own measures against the cold.
・Player calls and cheers are prohibited. We only allow applause for players before and after practice.
・There will be no interaction with players after practice. Also, please note that we do not accept gifts for players in advance.

[Regarding photography on the day]
・On the day, there is no problem with taking photos and videos for personal enjoyment.
・Posting photos and videos before the start of practice and after the end of practice on SNS is allowed. However, posting photos and videos related to the practice on the day of the observation session, as well as posting articles related to the practice (practice content, members, the state of Kodaira Ground, etc.) on SNS such as Twitter and Instagram, is prohibited. If posts are confirmed at a later date, we will no longer be able to hold events like this in the future, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
