The J.League recognizes and awards activities conducted by J.Clubs during the 2021 season that they particularly want to share widely with society.

"2022 J.League Challenge! Awards" will be held as follows.
The J.League Challenge, which is being held for the third time following last year, is an event to share and commend the activities of J.League clubs that are making outstanding efforts to solve regional and social issues, as well as demonstrating the value that J.League clubs possess, such as communication skills and the ability to connect. It is also an opportunity to express gratitude to the many people who have collaborated.


At FC Tokyo, we have been conducting various soccer and sports promotion activities in addition to soccer classes and schools in order to make children feel the joy of playing sports and moving their bodies together with their friends. These activities include the "Caravan Team," where coaches visit elementary schools and engage in activities with children, teacher training in collaboration with the Board of Education, and school visits by players' association. We have been working together with schools to promote and engage in various soccer and sports activities.

In the midst of such efforts, we have been considering "improving children's physical fitness" and "reducing the number of children who dislike or are not good at sports", and furthermore, "what kind of initiatives can be taken to nurture the hearts and bodies of children through sports and physical education classes".

Therefore, this time, we have created a "physical exercise drill" called "Aoaka Drill" with the aim of increasing children's opportunities to enjoy sports and exercise in physical education classes at school and in their daily lives, and acquiring basic abilities to enjoy lifelong health and sports through various physical experiences in early childhood.

This time as well, the "General Voting" will be conducted where fans and supporters can vote for activities that they find "attractive and worth supporting", and it will be considered as a reference for the selection process.
