At FC Tokyo, if the application of the priority measures for preventing the spread of COVID-19 is lifted, we will operate matches with 100% capacity from April onwards. There may be changes such as setting up a partially free seating area from all assigned seating, so please check the following changes.
Hosting a home game at 100% capacity will be the first time in about 2 years since the AFC Champions League in February 2020. We would like to express our gratitude for your cooperation with the infection prevention measures so far, and ask for your continued understanding and cooperation as we take one step closer to our daily lives.
□Changes for games at 100% capacity
①Entry with SOCIO card
・For games at 100% capacity, all SOCIO members can enter with their SOCIO card regardless of the selected method (pre-assigned seats or refunds). (Held under Pattern A)
②Installation of free seating area
・The following areas will be designated as free seating areas.
Target seat types: Home free seating, Back free seating, South side free seating, Visitor free seating
③ End of checkerboard seating arrangement
・The checkerboard seating arrangement will end for all areas, and tickets will be sold with seats closely packed.
④ Implementation of SOCIO priority entry
・Prior to general admission, priority entry will be implemented for SOCIO and corporate annual ticket purchasers. Details will be provided separately, so please check the official website and other sources.
⑤ Implementation of entry waiting line organization
・With the establishment of free seating areas, we will organize the entry waiting lines. The method of implementation will be announced separately, so please check the official website and other sources.
⑥ Implementation of seat type restrictions by gate

□ Continued cooperation request
We ask all attendees to continue cooperating with measures to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.
(1) If you are not feeling well, please have the courage to refrain from attending.
・If you have symptoms such as fever over 37.5°C, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
・If you are under restrictions due to a positive diagnosis received from a medical institution or other means (including cases where you have received a positive diagnosis through testing even before the diagnosis)
・If there are individuals in your cohabiting family or close acquaintances who are suspected of being infected
・If you have a travel history to countries or regions that have been subject to entry restrictions and required observation periods after entry by the government within the past 14 days, or if you have received a positive action restriction from a public institution due to such travel history
(2) Please refrain from shaking hands, hugging, etc.
(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering or exiting, in lines for the restroom, etc.).
Especially during the start of the game and during halftime, the restrooms and shops may be crowded, so please try to use them at a different time if possible.
(4)Please always wear a mask at the stadium.
・We recommend using highly effective non-woven fabric.
・As announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, even after receiving the vaccine, please continue to take infection prevention measures by wearing a mask.
・For those who are not wearing masks, our staff will kindly remind you to do so.
・Children under 2 years old can enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's announcement (Question 10 on the impact on infants and children). For children over 2 years old who are not yet in school, we recommend wearing a mask, but please make sure to pay close attention to the child's condition before wearing one. If the child is not feeling well or it is difficult for them to wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force them to wear one. If you choose not to wear a mask, we kindly ask for your cooperation in other infection prevention measures such as social distancing, along with the child's guardian.
(5) Please wash your hands and use hand sanitizer frequently.
・For infection prevention purposes, please bring hand sanitizer (in portable bottles, etc.) with you as much as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
