① Organizing the waiting line outside the venue (from two days before the match at 22:00)
Please reserve your spot in the designated area (refer to "BETO storage area" below) by placing a PET bottle (refer to "PET bottle" below) in order.
The installation location varies depending on the entrance gate (North 2 Gate, Back 2 Gate) and SOCIO/general admission.

② Moving inside the venue (designated time on the day of the match)
The club will move the PET bottles to the waiting area inside the venue (refer to "waiting area" below). There is no need for the representative to come to the stadium at this point.
The general rule is that day games (games with a kickoff before 16:00) will have the water bottles moved around 9:00, while night games (games with a kickoff after 16:00) will have the water bottles moved around 13:00.
If you join the waiting line after this time, please line up at the end of the waiting line area.

③ Preparing for Admission (30 minutes before opening)
All those who have reserved a spot, please return to the waiting area 30 minutes before the opening. If you are not present at the gathering time, your spot reservation will be invalidated.
After returning to the waiting line, you cannot leave the waiting line until you enter.


□ For reserved seat holders (SOCIO and general public)
① Organizing the waiting line inside the venue (after the designated time on the day of the match)
Please line up in the waiting line area at the main gate on the day of the match. After securing your spot, you can leave the waiting line.
Principle day games (games with kick-off before 16:00) can be lined up from 9:00, and night games (games with kick-off after 16:00) can be lined up from 13:00. The travel time may be shortened depending on the ticket sales situation and weather conditions. We will inform you each time on the official website, etc.
※You cannot reserve a spot from two days before.
※Those who have reserved seat tickets can enter from the main gate regardless of the seat type.

② Preparing for Entry (30 minutes before opening)
All those who have reserved a spot, please return to the waiting area 30 minutes before the opening. Those who are not present at the gathering time will be considered invalid.
After returning to the waiting line, you cannot leave the waiting line until you enter.
※The main gate will open 5 minutes after the SOCIO gate opens.

【PET BOTTLE】
・Please write the match date, order, representative name, and number of people on the PET BOTTLE. (Refer to the figure below, sample photo)
・Only one PET BOTTLE per person is allowed. If it is confirmed that a person has placed more than two PET BOTTLES, all PET BOTTLES' reserved spaces will be invalidated.
・For one PET BOTTLE, the maximum number of people who can enter together is 5 (including the person who installed it).
・Please note that the club cannot be held responsible for the loss or other issues related to PET BOTTLES.



【Waiting Area】
The waiting area for Back Gate 2 and the waiting area for visitor general seating may vary depending on the game. Please check the game information (Official HP) for the location of each game.
