About spectator manners for the 7/17 (Sun) Iwata match

In games during the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the J.League common spectator manners & rules, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the J.League COVID-19 Infection Control Guidelines newly established as a measure against the novel coronavirus infection.

There is a possibility that restrictions, transition periods, and operating methods may change suddenly due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by each local government.


About the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules
FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security measures for matches based on its management regulations in order to provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors. We kindly ask for your support and cheering in accordance with the spirit of fair play, as well as your compliance with the prohibited items within the stadium and the J.League Unified Prohibited Rules (J.League Common Match Etiquette & Rules) and FC Tokyo Match Management Regulations when attending matches.
Please note that whether or not such actions violate the match operation management regulations will be ultimately determined by the J.League or each club.
※ If prohibited acts or acts that pose security problems as stipulated in the management regulations are committed, you may be asked to follow the punishment of being expelled or banned from entering.
Furthermore, please be aware that you may also be prohibited from entering other matches at stadiums where you have committed violations.


Regarding filming and use of footage inside the stadium during game broadcasts, etc.
Video footage taken for the purpose of broadcasting during matches (including the concourse)
(including individual portraits of visitors, banners, flags, chants, etc.) in whole or in part (including still images) may be used for the following purposes other than broadcasting during matches, so please be aware in advance.
(1) Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed in the venue
(2) Use in J-League and club official media
(3) Use in news programs, related media, etc.
(4) Use in video works and various sales items produced by J-League or designated individuals (including partner companies)


Things required of all visitors


(1) If you are feeling unwell, please have the courage to refrain from attending.
・If you have symptoms such as a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell
・If you have received a positive diagnosis and are under behavioral restrictions by a medical institution (even if you received a positive result from a test before the diagnosis)
・If there are suspected infections among your cohabiting family or close acquaintances
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions or observation periods as mandated by the government within the last 14 days, and have received behavioral restrictions from public institutions
(2) Please do not engage in handshakes or hugs.
(3) Please maintain social distance (during entry and exit, in restroom lines, etc.).
※ Especially during the moments just before the match starts or during halftime, restrooms and concession stands may become crowded, so please use them at different times if possible.
(4) Please wear a mask at the stadium.
※ We recommend using non-woven fabric masks with high collection efficiency.
① If you have respiratory diseases or allergies that make it difficult to wear a mask, please take alternative measures such as maintaining distance from other attendees.
② If you need to remove your mask to prevent heatstroke, please refrain from talking, cheering, or vocalizing, and be mindful of cough etiquette. If you do engage in conversation, cheering, or vocalizing, please wear a mask beforehand.
③ If you are eating or drinking, you may remove your mask, but please do not talk, cheer, or vocalize while your mask is off.
※ Staff may approach those not wearing masks for reasons other than the above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

※ According to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, we ask that you continue to wear masks as a preventive measure even after receiving vaccinations.
※ Staff will approach those not wearing masks, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
※ Infants under 2 years old may enter and watch without wearing a mask, as stated in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 10 regarding the impact on infants and children). For preschoolers aged 2 and older, mask-wearing is recommended, but if they do wear a mask, parents and surrounding adults should ensure the child's condition is closely monitored. If the child is unwell or if prolonged mask-wearing is difficult, there is no need to force them to wear one. If not wearing a mask, we ask for cooperation in other infection prevention measures such as social distancing with the parent.
(5) To prevent infection from droplets caused by coughing or sneezing, please cooperate with "cough etiquette."
(6) Please wash your hands and sanitize your fingers frequently.
From an infection prevention perspective, please bring your own disinfectant (such as a portable bottle) if possible.
(7) Temperature checks will be conducted at the entrance gate.
You will not be allowed to enter if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher. Thank you for your understanding.


□ Prohibited Items
Unless deemed particularly necessary by the operations and safety manager, please refrain from bringing prohibited items as per J.League regulations and the following items into the facility.
・Bottles and cans
※ Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans into paper cups at the entrance gate before entering.
※ Plastic bottles are allowed.
・Other items that security personnel deem may disrupt the operation or progress of the match, or pose a nuisance or danger to others.


□ About the Entry Queue
With the establishment of free seating areas, we will implement organization of the entry queue. Details will be provided as soon as they are decided.


□ Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Prior to general admission, priority entry will be given to SOCIO and corporate annual ticket holders.

(2) Seats that can be entered for a certain period of time from the opening of the gate will be restricted for each gate. If you enter early, please check your seat type and the gate you can enter.

・Main 3 Gates: All designated seats
・North Gate: Home UF Designated Seat, Home General Admission Seat
・Back 2 Gate: Back Center UF Designated Seat, Back Center Designated Seat, Back UF Designated Seat, Back General Admission, South Side General Admission, Seven Eleven Seat
・South Gate 1: For those who have tickets for the Visitor General Admission, Main SS Designated Seat South Side, and Main S Designated Seat South Side and will be supporting the visiting team.


(3) Temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be allowed if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher.
No refunds will be given even if entry is refused, so please understand in advance. Also, please note that we may ask for your contact information when refusing entry.

(4) Hand sanitizers will be placed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
Please bring disinfectant in portable bottles or similar containers and perform frequent hand sanitization from the perspective of infection prevention.

(5) Re-entry is allowed.
Re-entry gates: Main 4 gates, Back 1 gate, Back 3 gates (refer to the diagram above)
Re-entry hours: From SOCIO opening (scheduled at 15:45) until halftime [when temporarily leaving]

(6) No disciplinary action will be taken, but we ask for your cooperation in preventing infection by adjusting the time, etc.


□Seating for spectators
(1) Standing and cheering is allowed in the lower home general admission seats and lower visitor general admission seats as standing room areas.
The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where people are not asked to sit down. Standing and watching in other areas is prohibited.

(2) Spectating while wearing visitor goods is only allowed in the following areas:

Visitor general seating, Main SS designated seating south side, Main S designated seating south side
※Main SS designated seats south side, Main S designated seats south side are mixed areas.

(3) Seating arrangements in all areas will be changed from a checkerboard pattern to packed seating.



Support Style


(1) The following cheering actions are prohibited.
・Encouraging support activities (excluding leading hand clapping with drums)
・Cheering by singing or making noise, using whistles
・Using megaphones including Tramega
・High fives, linking arms
・Cheering with big flags
※Clapping and hand clapping are allowed.
※Even outside the stadium, please maintain social distance and avoid actions that pose a risk of infection, such as shouting loudly, singing or cheering, and crowding.

(2) Regarding the use of musical instruments
・Available instruments: drums only (no other instruments are allowed)
・Available seats for drums: Lower level of home general admission and lower level of visitor general admission

(3) About the use of flags
・Definition of Okihata: Flag part (vertical 1m or more × horizontal 1m or more) + pole 1m or more
※If the size of the flag part and the pole is 1 meter or more in any one place, it will become a large flag.
・Area where flags can be used: Lower level of home general seating and lower level of visitor general seating
※Please note that it is prohibited to enter areas other than the designated area in order to ensure the safety of all visitors.
※Please be sure to pay close attention to the surrounding customers when using the large flag.
The organizer may prohibit bringing and using items that are deemed to be defamatory, slanderous, discriminatory, for advertising purposes, or against public order and morals, or otherwise deemed inappropriate for the match venue.


□Display of banners (flags, banners, etc.)
Banner (flags, banners, etc.) display locations have been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the designated ones. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

For those who are preparing banners in advance, please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Triangle Plaza" inside the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the opening. Temperature checks will also be conducted for those who are preparing in advance, and please note that you will not be allowed to enter if your temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Additionally, banner display (flags, banners) is also possible after the opening.

・Visitor team's banner
It will be displayed after the gates open. Pre-display is not possible.
※Please confirm with the staff in advance before posting and follow their instructions.
※The use of duct tape when attaching banners is prohibited.


□ Prohibited Actions
Except in cases deemed particularly necessary by the operations and safety personnel, please refrain from any actions that are J-League unified prohibited actions and the following actions in any facility.
・Displaying or engaging in banners (flags, banners, etc.) that could be perceived as defamation or discrimination is prohibited. As a general rule, if it is determined to be defamation or discrimination by the public or our club, we will remove the displayed items, issue a warning for the actions, and if they do not stop, you will be asked to leave. Additionally, if such prohibited actions occur, you may be subject to a ban on entry for subsequent matches.
・Use of tape when attaching banners.
・Bringing in and using confetti, paper tape, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
・Throwing any objects from the stands, including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs.
・Deliberate reservation of space (flags, strings, tape, flagpoles, etc.).
・Bringing in and using drums and large flags outside designated areas.
・Actions such as "straddling, sitting, or standing" on the front fence of the stands.
・Standing on chairs or resting feet on the backrest of chairs while watching or cheering.
・Leaning over from the front of the upper stands while watching or cheering.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
・Actions recognized by security personnel as obstructing the operation or progress of the match, causing inconvenience or danger to others.


□ Others
・Please refrain from waiting for players near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
・If you wish to leave a stroller, please inform the staff at the entrance.
・There is no public parking at Ajinomoto Stadium, so please use public transportation.
