In the matches during the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the J.League common spectator manners and rules, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the J.League COVID-19 Infection Control Guidelines newly established as a measure against the novel coronavirus infection.
There is a possibility that restrictions, transition periods, and operating methods may change suddenly due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by each local government.
This game is not a target game for voice support operation verification. Please note that the game operation will be conducted as usual with the manners of watching.
□About J-League unified prohibition rules
Provide a safe and comfortable game viewing experience for stadium visitors, FC Tokyo manages safety and security based on management regulations. When watching the game, we ask for support in accordance with the spirit of fair play, and to comply with the prohibited items in the stadium and the J-League unified prohibited rules (J-League common viewing manners & rules) and FC Tokyo management regulations.
In addition, whether or not the act violates the game management regulations will be determined by the J-League or each club.
If prohibited acts or acts that pose security problems as stipulated in the management regulations are committed, you may be subject to expulsion or entry ban. Furthermore, please be aware that you may also be prohibited from entering other games at stadiums where you have committed violations.
□ Filming and use of footage inside the stadium during game broadcasts
Stadium (including concourse) The video (including portraits of individual visitors, banners, flags, and chants) taken for the purpose of broadcasting during the game may be used for the following purposes other than broadcasting during the game, so please be aware in advance.
(1) Use on large video devices in the stadium and various monitors installed in the venue
(2) Use in J-League and club official media
(3) Use in news programs, related media, etc.
(4) Use in video works produced by J-League or those designated by J-League (including partner companies) and various sales items, etc.
□ Things required of all visitors
(1) If it is difficult to visit, please have the courage to refrain.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g., symptoms such as fever over 37.5℃, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell)
・If you have received a positive diagnosis and are under behavioral restrictions by a medical institution (including cases where you tested positive before the diagnosis)
・If there are suspected infections among family members or close acquaintances
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions or observation periods as mandated by the government within the past 14 days, and have received behavioral restrictions from public authorities
(2) Please do not engage in handshakes or hugs.
(3) Please maintain social distance (during entry and exit, in restroom lines, etc.).
※Especially just before the match starts or during halftime, restrooms and concession stands may be crowded, so please use them at other times if possible.
(4) Please wear a mask at the stadium.
※We recommend using non-woven fabric masks for their high collection effectiveness.
※As stated in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcement, please continue to wear masks as a preventive measure even after vaccination.
※Staff will remind those not wearing masks, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
※Children under 2 years old are allowed to enter and watch without wearing a mask, as per the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcement (Question 10 regarding the impact on infants and children). For preschool children aged 2 and older, wearing a mask is recommended, but if they do wear one, parents or nearby adults should ensure the child's condition is closely monitored. If the child is unwell or has difficulty wearing a mask for an extended period, there is no need to force them to wear one. If not wearing a mask, we ask for cooperation in other infection prevention measures such as social distancing with the parents.
(5) To prevent infection from coughs and sneezes, please cooperate with "cough etiquette."

(6) Please wash your hands and sanitize your fingers frequently.
From an infection prevention perspective, please bring your own disinfectant (portable bottles, etc.) if possible.
(7) Temperature checks are conducted at the entrance gate.
You will not be allowed entry if your temperature is over 37.5℃. Thank you for your understanding.

Unless deemed particularly necessary by the operations and safety manager, please do not bring prohibited items as per J-League regulations and the following items into the facility.

※Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans into paper cups at the entrance gate before entering.

・Other items that may disrupt the operation or progress of the match, or that security personnel deem may cause inconvenience or danger to others
□Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) All seats are reserved. There will be no organized waiting lines to secure entry order before the opening.
Please do not form waiting lines around the stadium in advance.
The opening time is scheduled for 180 minutes before the match starts, but it may change, so please check the official website for confirmation.
(2) The entrance gate varies depending on the type of ticket. Please enter from the gate that matches your ticket type.
Please note that even for the same seat type, the entrance gate may vary depending on the north side, south side, and level.

□ Viewing Rules
(1) All seats are designated seats.
When watching the game, it is prohibited to move from your seat (such as moving to the front of the stand to call out to the players). Please watch the game from your own seat.
(2) The first layer of the home seats and the visitor seats can be used as standing areas for cheering.
The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where people are not asked to sit down. Standing and watching in other areas is prohibited.
(3) Spectating while wearing visitor goods is only allowed in the following areas: Erik

(4) There are traffic regulations inside the concourse.
Visitors wearing team uniforms and merchandise are not allowed to enter the North Side Stand (1st to 3rd levels). Also, please note that those wearing FC Tokyo uniforms and merchandise are not allowed to enter the South Side Stand (Visitor Seat Area).
(5) Except for lounge seats, tickets will be sold by packing seats.
Support Style
(1) The following cheering actions are prohibited.
・Inciting support (excluding leading hand clapping with drums)
・Cheering with voices, such as singing and whistling
・Use of megaphones, including Trasta

□Prohibited Actions
Please refrain from engaging in any of the following actions at any facility, unless specifically deemed necessary by the J-League's management and safety personnel.
・Posting or displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) that may be considered defamatory or discriminatory is prohibited. As a general rule of society and as a club, if we determine that it constitutes defamation or discrimination, we will remove the display items, issue a warning for the behavior, and if it continues, ask the person to leave. In addition, if such prohibited acts are committed, there may be a penalty of being banned from attending subsequent matches.
・Use of gum tape when attaching a banner.
・Bring and use confetti, streamers, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
・Throwing of all objects, including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs, from the stands.

・No bringing or using drums, etc. or large flags outside the designated area.
・Act of "straddling, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stands.
- Watching and cheering by standing up on the chair or putting your feet on the backrest of the chair.

・Acts that may interfere with the operation or progress of the game, or may cause inconvenience or danger to others, as determined by security personnel.

・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area or the entrance for officials.
- We cannot store baby strollers. If you come to the venue with a baby stroller, please use the baby stroller storage area near the entrance gate. We cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage.
・There is no general parking at the Japan National Stadium, so please use public transportation.
