□ Implementation Details
(1) "Know about your body! Body composition measurement"
We will measure muscle mass and body fat using a highly accurate body composition analyzer (InBody). Based on the measured values, we will provide you with an advice sheet on weight and body composition management for health maintenance and improvement.



(2) "Challenge to Athletes! Physical Fitness Measurement"
We will conduct vertical jump measurement. Let's find out our own physical fitness by comparing it with the athletes' data!
