Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have suspended the interaction with fans and supporters at the Kodaira Ground. However, considering the current situation where the spread of infection is gradually being contained, we will resume the interaction with players on practice open days.
Please note that for the time being, the implementation of interaction will be limited to 2023 SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP members only.
Practice can be observed by anyone, but interaction is limited to members only in the "Interaction Area" set up for members. On the day of practice, please present your 2023 SOCIO and OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP membership cards at the practice field for verification and entry into the area.

□Entry to the Interaction Area
①Entry to the interaction area will begin about 15 minutes before the end of practice.
At the "Fureai Area Entrance" in Figure 2, club staff will read the membership card with a one-touch pass. Please prepare your membership card in advance.
Please enter from the back and line up in a single row at the net.

□Rules for Interaction
・Please choose either one autograph or one commemorative photo per person, per player.
・Please be sure to disinfect when entering the interaction area.
・You may remove your mask during commemorative photos, but please always wear it when speaking to the players.
・Please prepare items for receiving autographs and have your camera ready in advance so that as many people as possible can have the opportunity to interact. We kindly ask for your cooperation in handling the requests in a short amount of time.
・We will use pens provided by the club for signing.
・If the interaction area becomes crowded, we may restrict entry or cancel the interaction suddenly, so please understand in advance.
・Please refrain from receiving gifts.
・Please be careful not to lean on the net.

Rules within the practice facility
・Please cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure smooth practice observation and interaction at the training facility.
・Please wear a mask at all times within the facility premises, including during practice observation.
・The venue will open 15 minutes before the start of practice. Please refrain from waiting before the venue opens as it may cause inconvenience to nearby residents and pedestrians. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
・On the day, please refrain from attending if you have symptoms such as fever or poor physical condition. (In cases where clear symptoms of poor physical condition are observed, entry may be denied.)
・There is no parking lot at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle.
・Please note that there is a limited number of chairs available for viewing. However, it is possible to bring your own portable chair. In case there are many spectators, please consider the people around you. (Please refrain from spreading vinyl sheets or other floor coverings.)
- Please refrain from eating at the Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash with you.
・As there is no roof in the viewing area, please bring your own rain gear.
・There is no indoor resting area, so please prepare your own measures to avoid heat and sunlight.

□ Handling of Photo and Video Shooting and Information
- Taking photos and videos during practice is prohibited.(Taking photos before and after practice and posting on SNS is allowed.)
※If the post is confirmed, we may change future training to private.
※In the future, we plan to continue holding open practices without limiting the participants. Please check the training schedule and come to the venue. Details regarding open and closed practices will be noted in the remarks column.

・Please refrain from asking for autographs or taking photos of Wellington and staff when the top team is traveling by public transportation for away games, etc. If such behavior is observed, our staff may approach you and ask for your understanding in advance.
