For customers who have the corresponding card, we will send the good product by following procedure.

・2023 FC Tokyo Onsite Card SR Jája Silva's signature was incorrect
※There is no problem with cards other than the above.

□Regarding Card Exchange
If you have the corresponding card, please send an email to the on-site card exchange counter (info@pbridge.net) with a photo of the card, the original image on the back, your address, name, and contact information, or contact us via DM at the official on-site card SNS (Twitter) @all_onsite_card.
※Shipping of good products is scheduled for mid-December.
※We will also exchange the back side for customers who have the original image. (We will contact you again from the person in charge.)
※We cannot handle exchanges at each official shop. Please understand.

In addition, there are no issues with any other cards, so we will collect the relevant card and continue with sales.
