Regarding tomorrow's (8/3, Sat) interaction, due to the "Heatstroke Alert" being issued by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, we have decided to cancel the interaction.
Please note that the practice observation will be conducted as scheduled, but there are limited places to take shelter from the sun as there are few shady areas within the facility. When visiting, please make thorough preparations for heat countermeasures, hydration, and rough weather. Also, please remember to frequently replenish your fluids during the practice observation. If the condition of Kodaira Ground on the day is "WBGT31 or higher (dangerous)", the practice observation will be cancelled on the spot.

Eligibility for participation is as follows. Please note that practice viewing on the same day will be open to the general public.
Taking photos and videos during practice, as well as sharing information about practice on social media, is strictly prohibited.

[About Companions]
*For accompanying guests, only one person per winner is allowed for preschool children, but accompanying guests cannot participate in the interaction.
※Even if you are a preschooler, you cannot enter the interaction area with two or more companions.
[Heatstroke Prevention]
In order to ensure the safety of all participants and manage the players' physical condition, the following measures will be taken based on the weather conditions related to heat, such as issuing heatstroke alerts.
Note: Even if the interaction is cancelled, the practice observation will still be held as scheduled. ①Entering the interaction area will begin about 15 minutes before the end of practice.
② At the "Interaction Area Entrance", club staff will check the winning LINE screen or winning email. Please have your winning screen or email ready.
【Rules for implementing interaction】
・Only one autograph or one commemorative photo per person per player will be allowed.
・Please refrain from receiving gifts.
・Only winners can enter the interaction area. Elementary school students and above must wait outside the interaction area behind the winners.
・Up to one preschool child's companion can enter the interaction area, but please note that they cannot participate in the interaction.
・Please refrain from detaining players for long periods of time to talk to them.
・Players are kindly requested to participate at the designated location. Please refrain from entering areas such as the lawn area where only authorized personnel are allowed and stopping players.
During past interactions, many customers were observed following the rules. However, the following actions were found to be in violation of the above rules.
・We have informed each player that they can choose either a signature or a photo, but despite this, we received both a signature and a photo from each player.
・Despite only offering high fives during rainy weather, the parent took a photo of their child with the player and requested a photo shoot.
・Despite only offering high fives during rainy weather, I managed to stop a player and get their autograph.
If such behavior is found in the future, we will ask for your membership number and name on the spot, and exclude you from fan service-related lotteries such as future interactions. Also, please be aware that you will be asked to leave on the day of the interaction. We ask for your cooperation so that everyone can enjoy the interaction fairly.
[Rules for Practice Facilities]
・Please be careful not to lean on the net when visiting.
・The venue will open approximately 15 minutes before the start of practice. Please refrain from waiting at the entrance before it opens, as it may cause inconvenience to nearby residents and passersby. Thank you for your cooperation.
・Please cooperate with the staff's instructions to ensure smooth practice observation and interaction at the training facility.
・On the day, please refrain from attending if you have symptoms such as fever or poor physical condition. (In cases where clear symptoms of poor physical condition are observed, entry may be denied.)
・There is no parking lot at Kodaira Ground. Please refrain from coming by private car or motorcycle.
・Please note that there is a limited number of chairs available for viewing. However, it is possible to bring your own portable chair. In case there are many spectators, please consider the people around you. (Please refrain from spreading vinyl sheets or other floor coverings.)
- Please refrain from eating at the Kodaira Ground. Also, please take your trash with you.
・As there is no roof in the viewing area, please bring your own rain gear.
・There is no indoor resting area, so please prepare for heatstroke, sun protection, and cold protection on your own.
・In case of sudden cancellation of practice or cancellation of interaction due to rain or other reasons, the winning will be invalid. Please understand in advance.
- Please note that there may be players who will not participate in practice or interaction due to reasons such as condition, recovery, and training.
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue. Please note that even if they are in a pet carrier or dog buggy, they will not be allowed inside.
[Handling of Photos, Videos, and Information]
- Taking photos and videos during practice, as well as sharing information about practice on SNS, is strictly prohibited.
・No problem with taking photos and posting on SNS before and after practice
