Zero disposable plastic waste from the sports world.
HEROs PLEDGE is a cross-sport project led by athletes from various disciplines, aiming for zero disposable plastic waste in the sports world.
PLEDGE is the declaration of one's own will.
Anyone can participate in this project by pledging to take nearby actions to reduce disposable plastic waste.
FC Tokyo will engage in this activity as a participating organization of HEROs PLEDGE.

We will distribute bagasse files that also serve as awareness materials (containing information on environmental issues and methods of sorting) to those who visit our booth.

□ "HEROs PLEDGE Mass Action Campaign Autumn 2024"
The "HEROs PLEDGE Mass Action Campaign Autumn 2024" will involve 14 organizations, each utilizing their respective match days to collaborate with attendees and sponsoring companies to promote initiatives for reducing disposable plastics and declarations (PLEDGE) for reducing disposable plastics by fans and supporters. Additionally, a contest will be held for each organization on the HEROs PLEDGE special site to compete for the number of pledge registrations and the number of social media posts with hashtags, with awards for the top three organizations.
The outline of the campaign and the method of conducting the contest are as follows.

To reduce disposable plastics, which are one of the factors contributing to environmental issues, we will implement reduction measures at each sports venue. By working together with the fans and supporters of participating teams across the sports world, we aim to create a movement and strive for the realization of a sustainable society from the sports community.

We ask fans and supporters to cooperate with the reduction measures at the match venue, and to participate in these initiatives through declarations (pledge registration) on the website and hashtag posts on social media, competing with other sports organizations.
The top three organizations that gather the most pledge registrations and posts will be awarded, so we kindly ask for registrations and social media posts from fans and supporters.
