In December 2025, we will hold the "Adult Walking Football Class in Keio Arena TOKYO." The venue is "Keio Arena TOKYO," adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium. This event will be held in an indoor gymnasium.
【What is Walking Football?】
It is about football that originated in England!
At FC Tokyo, regardless of gender or experience in soccer or futsal, we have introduced rules such as "playing by walking (brisk walking is allowed), no body contact, and no heading" so that even those who are not good at exercise can play without fear, providing everyone with the opportunity to enjoy kicking the ball!

This class will enjoy both training and games focusing on the basics.
(1)Warm-up
We will have fun while communicating with the participants.
(2)Training
We will focus on the basics of "stopping, kicking, and carrying" while understanding the rules.
(3)Game
We will play in small groups, such as 5vs5, to allow for more touches on the ball during the game.

・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please refrain from pushing yourself.
・Please be sure to bring indoor shoes (black soles, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please note that you cannot participate without indoor shoes. Ideally, indoor futsal shoes (flat shoes with non-marking soles) are preferred.
・We are preparing the ball here.
・There is a changing room.
・Please note that the portrait rights of photos and videos taken at this event belong to FC Tokyo and may be used in various materials and activity introductions.
