Practice will be held on 1/21 (Sat) at 9:30 and 15:00.
In the morning practice, the team is divided into groups to work on ball possession and mini games, and to work on the physical menu with Coach Uematsu Conditioning.
In the afternoon, the selected players, mainly young players, trained and worked on improving their individual abilities.
