Practice will be held on 1/24 (Tue) at 9:30 and 15:00.
Today, after the day off, we will work on a menu to improve physical condition in the morning.
In the afternoon, we played mini games of 6 vs 6 on a full court, and while using the ball, we made sure to secure the running distance and worked on strengthening our physical fitness.
