FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" starting from November 7th, Saturday. The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! I want to enjoy playing futsal! This is a futsal class for those who want to diet and exercise, specifically designed for absolute beginners.
Since it is indoors, there are no cancellations! And above all, you won't get sunburned! It is FC Tokyo's first indoor futsal for adults.
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!

※This is for those who want to try kicking a ball, those who want to start, and those who have never kicked a ball before.

Course Introduction
We will proceed with the following flow for each.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (We will focus on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

※Responsible for futsal school and adult futsal classes on a regular basis.
・Tomoki ISHII (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※Responsible for soccer school and adult futsal classes on a regular basis.
・Other dissemination department staff

Participation Fee
1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)
※Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid to the venue (FC Tokyo staff) on the day of the event.

[Regarding Waiting List]
For those who were not selected as a result of the lottery and wish to be on the waiting list, we will contact the winners again by phone only if there is a cancellation and another lottery is conducted here.

※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). If you are not wearing indoor shoes, you will not be able to participate, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
※There are changing rooms and showers available.
