FC Tokyo will be holding the "FC Tokyo Futsal Summer Clinic" for elementary school students in grades 4 and 5 this summer, which has been well received.

2016 FC Tokyo Futsal Summer Clinic
□ Purpose:
(1) To improve as a soccer/futsal player and increase the options for play and tactical memory.
(2) Enjoy futsal to the fullest in the wonderful environment called gymnasium.
□ Implementation Details:
(1) Acquire plays that are applicable to soccer while conducting training specialized in futsal.
Through futsal
・Improvement of individual skills and tactical level
・Promote personal growth and independence
(2)Schedule (attend for 3 days without accommodation)
Day 1 morning: Practical training "Ice Break & Games" to create a bond with teammates and prepare for future training Day 1 afternoon: Practical training "Pass & Control" using space for passing and controlling the ball with the sole of the foot (directional control)
Day 2 morning: Practical training "Shooting" focusing on shooting with the toe and utilizing the far post
Day 2 afternoon: Practical training "2v1 Attack" attacking quickly and accurately to steal the opponent's goal
Day 3 morning: Practical training "1v2 Defense" defending the goal even with fewer players and stealing the ball!
Day 3 Afternoon: Practical Exercise "Training Match" Showcasing the results of the past 3 days and connecting it to future football life
※The opponent for the training match will be announced at a later date.
※Before every training session, we have a video meeting to create a mental image.

5th grade: Jul 27 (Wed) - Jul 29 (Wed), 2016, morning and afternoon sessions (approximately from 9:00 to 16:00)
4th grade: Aug 9 (Tue) - Aug 11 (Thu, holiday), 2016, morning and afternoon sessions (approximately from 9:00 to 16:00)

□Coaching Coach:
Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B/JFA Official Soccer Class B/JFA Futsal Instructor/47FA Soccer Instructor)
Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C/JFA Official Soccer Class C)
※This coach is usually in charge of futsal and soccer school and adult futsal classes.
Four coaches from the General Promotion Department are scheduled to provide instruction.
□Target:
Elementary school students in 4th and 5th grade
(1) Those who aim to further improve their futsal and soccer skills
(2) Those who can participate in all three days
□Number of recruits:
16 boys and girls per grade (If there are many applicants, there will be a lottery)
Participation Fee:
25,000 yen(Includes 2 jerseys = blue and white shirts [size to be indicated at the time of application], insurance fee included)
※Payment of participation fee will be made on the day of the event.
※Please note that if you cancel after your participation is confirmed, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 15,000 yen (including the cost of the uniform and shipping).
□ Belongings:
(1) Attire for playing futsal (shorts, stockings are required) *The uniform is blue-based and white-based.
(2) Changing clothes
(3) Futsal shoes (indoor shoes = those with a brown sole) *Please use shoes with the description "Non-marking" on the sole.
(4) Shin guards
(5) Water bottle (please bring extra during summer)

(7) Bento lunch box (every day)
