FC Tokyo will be holding the "2016 FC Tokyo Summer Clinic" for 5th grade elementary school students again this year, due to its popularity.

□ Purpose:
(1) We support the growth of players not only in terms of their level of play as footballers, but also as individuals.
(2) Enjoy soccer to the fullest in the wonderful environment of a natural grass field.
□ Implementation details:
(1)FC Tokyo aims to develop players with a strong mentality who challenge aggressive soccer in both offense and defense, taking action and making decisions on their own.

Day 1 Morning: Lecture on "Nutritional Guidance" by FC Tokyo Advisor Hisako KUBOTA
Morning: Practical session on "Icebreakers & Games" to create a friendly atmosphere and take the first step towards the Summer School
Day 1 Afternoon: Lecture on "Dreams" by FC Tokyo Promotion Department and Coach Yukihiro KANDO, how to achieve your dreams?
Afternoon: Practical skills "Attack and defense in front of the goal" Finishing from various positions and defending in front of the goal. "Commitment to scoring"
Day 2 Morning: Practical skills "Skill Up, Technical Ball Possession" Refine your skills while moving and apply them in real matches!
Day 2 afternoon: Lecture on "How to take action and watch videos" Creating an image of movement during off time!
Day 2 Afternoon: Showcasing skills in practical exercises '3 vs 3 ~ 5 vs 5' against opponents!
Day 3 Morning: Practical Exercise "8-player game" Show your results from the past 3 days and try and challenge!!
Afternoon: Review of the "8-player game" lecture. Each team will review the morning session and proceed to the final game.

August 8th, 2016 (Mon) to August 10th, 2016 (Wed), for 3 days in the morning and afternoon (approximately from 9:00 to 16:00)

5th grade boys and girls

□ Number of recruits:
48 men and women (In case of a large number of applicants, there will be a lottery)
□ Participation Fee:
25,000 yen(2 Uniform Shirts (Blue/White), 1 Pants (Blue), 1 Socks (Blue) (All sizes will be 160), including insurance fee)
※Payment of participation fee will be made on the day of the event.
※Please note that if you cancel after your participation is confirmed, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of 15,000 yen (including the uniform) plus shipping costs.
□ Belongings:
(1) Attire suitable for playing soccer (shorts, stockings are required) *The uniform is blue-based and white-based.
(2) Changing clothes
(3) Soccer shoes ※Spikes or training shoes are both acceptable
(4) Shin guards
(5) Water bottle (Please bring extra during the summer)
(6) Writing utensils
(7) Bento lunch box (Every day)
