FC Tokyo coaches take on the "challenge" of lifting! Please watch the video below!
3. Tokyo Dorompa Dance Lesson (Collaboration: CUBERS)
Let's dance "Baile TOKYO" with Tokyo Dorompa! Watch the video below and practice the choreography!
4. Kick Target Game
Aim for three targets and kick the ball! Aim for perfection! Even young children can participate!
5. Parent-Child Yoga (Same-day ticket system / Cooperation: General Incorporated Association Athlete Yoga Secretariat) ※Added on 8/17 (Wed)
Experience "Yoga," which is popular even among the Japanese national team, as a parent-child activity to relax and move your body!

・Participants of the attraction, please join in wearing clothing and athletic shoes that allow for movement.
・You cannot enter the artificial turf area with high-heeled shoes or similar footwear.
・Please refrain from bringing your own soccer ball.
・It is expected to be hot on the day. Please prepare your own drinks and hats for hydration.
※You cannot bring any drinks other than water on the artificial turf.
・Please refrain from asking for autographs or taking photos with the players during transit due to time constraints.
□ In case of rain
The content will be changed and the event will be held. If there are any changes, it will be decided on the day of the event (7:30) and announced on the FC Tokyo official website and official mobile site.
