Due to popular demand, FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in October 2016.The venue will be the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium.
I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal and soccer! I want to enjoy playing futsal and soccer! This is a futsal class for absolute beginners who want to lose weight, relieve stress, and exercise.
To play futsal, it has become the best season.
But the ultraviolet rays are still strong, so how about playing futsal in the gymnasium where you won't get sunburned at all???
Experience the fun of futsal and soccer with the coaches, and let's move our bodies together!

Course Introduction
We will proceed with the following flow for each.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (We will focus on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, Soccer Class B)
※Responsible for futsal school and adult futsal classes on a regular basis.
・Tomoki ISHII (JFA Official Futsal Class C, Soccer Class B)
※Responsible for soccer school and adult futsal classes on a regular basis.
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Class C)
※Responsible for soccer and futsal school classes and adult futsal lessons on a regular basis.
・Other dissemination department staff
Participation Fee
1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)※Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid to the venue (FC Tokyo staff) on the day of the event.
・Please make sure to contact us by email (school@fctokyo.co.jp) by 17:00 the day before (Fri) in case of cancellation.
※Please note that if it is past 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful.

※If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. Regarding the lottery results (1 week in advance),

[Regarding Waiting List]
For those who were not selected as a result of the lottery and wish to be on the waiting list, we will contact the winners again by phone only if there is a cancellation and another lottery is conducted here.

※It is expected to be hot. Please bring more drinks than usual. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). If you are not wearing indoor shoes, you will not be able to participate, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
