Due to popular demand, FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in December 2016.The venue will be the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium.

I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal and soccer! I want to enjoy playing futsal and soccer! This is a futsal class for absolute beginners who want to lose weight, relieve stress, and exercise. Only one month left in 2016. Have you kicked enough? Do you have any regrets? Have you forgotten your desire to improve?
Experience the fun of futsal with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!
Since it is a gymnasium, there is no need to worry about the cold. We look forward to your participation.

Course Introduction
We will proceed with the following flow for each.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (We will focus on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Class B, 47FA Instructor)
※Responsible for futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Tomoki ISHII (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※Usually in charge of soccer school and adult futsal classes (Kodaira Gymnasium).
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class C)
Responsible for soccer and futsal school and adult futsal classes (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu).
・Other dissemination department staff

Participation Fee
1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)※Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid to the venue (FC Tokyo staff) on the day of the event.
・Please make sure to contact us by email (school@fctokyo.co.jp) by 17:00 the day before (Fri) in case of cancellation.
※Please note that if it is past 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful.

[Regarding Waiting List]
For those who were not selected as a result of the lottery and wish to be on the waiting list, we will contact the winners again by phone only if there is a cancellation and another lottery is conducted here.

※Please be sure to bring your own drinks. Also, if you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). If you do not have indoor shoes, you will not be able to participate, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.

※There are changing rooms and showers available.
