Due to the favorable response at FC Tokyo, we will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Super Beginner Class)" in January 2017.The venue will be the Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium.
I want to kick the ball! I want to learn the basics of futsal! I want to enjoy playing futsal! This is a futsal class for those who are complete beginners.
How about starting 2017 with FC Tokyo's futsal class? For those who have gained weight from overeating during the year-end and New Year holidays, those who lack exercise, and those who want to transform their bodies this year, let's experience the fun of futsal and move our bodies together with the coaches!
Since it is a gymnasium, there is no need to worry about the cold or weather, so all of the coaches are looking forward to your participation.

Course Introduction
We will proceed with the following flow for each.
・Warm-up (We will loosen our bodies and minds while communicating with each other)
・Training 1 (We will focus on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (Applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (small number of players, 5vs5, etc.)

・Rui Yokoe (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Futsal Instructor, JFA Official Class B, 47FA Instructor)
※Responsible for futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Koganei Gymnasium) and adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu, Gaien).
・Tomoki ISHII (JFA Official Futsal Class B, JFA Official Soccer Class B)
※Usually in charge of soccer school and adult futsal classes (Kodaira Gymnasium).
・Yuta Suzuki (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Class C)
※Responsible for soccer school and adult futsal classes (Myoshoji Gymnasium) on a regular basis.
・Koji HASHIMUKAI (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class C)
※I am in charge of the soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and the adult futsal class (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Advanced Class) on a regular basis.
・Kenji Saito (JFA Official Futsal Class C, JFA Official Soccer Class C)
※Responsible for soccer and futsal school (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu) and adult futsal classes (FC Tokyo Park Fuchu → Women & Beginner Class).
・The coach of the other popularization department will be in charge. (The assigned coach may change depending on the schedule)

Participation Fee
1st Round 2,200 yen (including insurance and tax)※Regarding payment of participation fee
・The participation fee will be paid to the venue (FC Tokyo staff) on the day of the event.
・Please make sure to contact us by email (school@fctokyo.co.jp) by 17:00 the day before (Fri) in case of cancellation.
※Please note that if it is past 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount = 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful.

※The deadline is 10 days before the event date.
※There may be availability, so after the deadline, the application format will be closed, so please confirm and contact us once by phone (03-5600-4441).

※If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. Regarding the lottery results (1 week before): - For the event held on Jan 7 (Sat), it will be announced on Dec 28 (Wed) at 17:00.

[Regarding Waiting List]
For those who were not selected as a result of the lottery and wish to be on the waiting list, we will contact the winners again by phone only if there is a cancellation and another lottery is conducted here.

※Please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). If you do not have indoor shoes, you will not be able to participate, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
